There was a issue with their system and booking.com system which led to issue with payment. I was made to wait by the hotel manager telling me they can’t let me leave till the payment is settled. I had to cancel some of my sightseeing plans due to this delay caused for no fault of mine.

Comfortable hotel, well serviced room, really helpful staff and a decent breakfast. So, all in all very good. Would happily stay again.

The female receptionist that checked me in was great, but the top #1 was the young lady at breakfast on 19th July. One of the kindest and sweetest hotel team member that I have encountered. Thank you!

Excellent situation, within walking distance of everything of interest in Salzburg. Modern, confortable hotel, efficient reception staff.

Our room was rather small, the only window had a view on an internal wall. There is no car park with the hotel, which is located in a pedestrian precinct. Probably parking in the back streets and putting coins twice a day is more affordable than the recommended City underground car park.

Great stay in Salzburg. Great position in the old city. Great wifi connection. Very confortable bed.

Excellent location in the heart of Salzburg! Plenty of food options around and easy walking distance to attractions. Was really easy to get too via the bus. The room itself is new and was very comfortable, with all needed amenities including a coffee pod machine. It was very clean and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We would have loved to have stayed longer!

As it’s in the heart of town, be prepared for some late night chatting and merriment from people eating and drinking downstairs at the many restaurants around the hotel.

Location was superb - right in the miiddle of the city in a pedestrianised zone, so it was free of traffic noise, with plenty of space for the many pavement cafes and restaurants. Excellent room facilities, and good breaksasts, and the hotel is very smart and modern.

We found the bed a bit too firm - but that's a matter of personal taste. Apart from that, only silly little things: for example, the shower cubicle ( the shower was excellent incidentally !) could have done with a corner shelf for one's own shampoo etc. A kettle (but we were able to obtain one from reception without any trouble - staff were very obliging - so not a big issue)

The rooms was sparkling clean. The location is very good. It is in the city center of Salzburg and all the major attractions are in walking distance. If you want to go on a little hike to see amazing view of Salzburg, the route is also very close by. The breakfast is decent. You can also borrow umbrella from the hotel in case you need it. The staffs are friendly and hospitable. They actively answered to all my questions.

There were limited toiletries (only hand wash, shampoo and body wash). The pillows could be more comfy. There was no mini fridge in the room.

Very nice staff, room were clean, comfortable and heated. The best central location to anywhere in Salzburg.
