A family owned property, well located in Vienna. Train station on one side and shopping street on the other, 5 min walk away, make the location just perfect. Room 304 was spacious with one extra bed, that was very useful. Bathroom was clean and with toiletries. Good quality towels. EXCELLENT friendly staff made our stay memorable - Tanja, Mellee, Laura, Suzzane, Sarah were all helpful with any request. We requested for a late check out by 3 hours, which Ms Mellee checked if possible and confirmed. Sweet of her.

Check out 10 am. - which was first time in all our travels, we are in a hotel with such early check out time. Even though front desk approved late check out 2 days before our check out date, we were in a shock when the owner of the hotel came to our room at 12 noon, and demanded that we leave the hotel in 10 minutes. That was rude of him and totally unnecessary to make us feel very bad and almost like got kicked out. We requested for a waste bin in the room, but the hotel did not have any. A very pleasant 5 day stay came to an abrupt and disappointing end. CAUTION - PL MAKE SURE YOUR CHECK OUT TIME IS KNOWN TO THE OWNER, AS OTHERWISE YOU CAN ALSO BE KICKED OUT, EVEN THOUGH FRONT DESK MAY HAVE APPROVED.

This is a lovely hotel right at the heart of Vienna. Easy to walk or get public transport anywhere. Really clean room and comfortable bed. Also very quiet - I didn’t wake once during the night. Perfect for a weekend getaway! :)

The room was big enough for a weekend getaway, but if you’re planning to stay longer and have more luggage, I’d recommend opting for a bigger room. The bathroom door is glass and see-through, so not suitable for people who feel prude. Also, sadly there were basically no vegan options (besides fruit and bread) at the otherwise very generous breakfast buffet. Not even dairy free milk or butter. That’s the only reason I’m deducting one star as otherwise, it’s a great place and I would definitely stay again!

Sincere recommendations - great location, modern and clean rooms, good breakfast, nice receptionist. We parked on the street of hotel without any problems, but I saw there is garage also. Will definitely visit again!

Advice for improvement, though it didn’t affect overall excellent score and satisfaction, is that on breakfast there is no possibility for espresso or any other coffee except American coffee. I was a bit confused and have never seen that in all my travels - at least put a coffee machine, it doesn’t have to be made by barista. Employee who was working at breakfast area and was explaining this to us was not so polite and acted like we asked for something not normal.

The woman at the desk was incredibly friendly and after learning that I am studying German, was willing to indulge my amateur speaking skills despite her being able to speak English. I cannot thank her enough for that opportunity; it honestly made my afternoon. The room was much larger than I expected for the price I paid. Definitely nice to relax in after the eight-hour train journey I had to take getting there.

Coffee machine at breakfast could only be used by staff. Whilst I understood there may be safety reasons / a high cost for the equipment, it felt annoying to have to ask for a cup of coffee twice over.

The staff is kind, the room is very nice and well designed, the metro/train/tramp stations are 4 minutes walk, there is a big super market, restaurants, shops in several minutes walk distance. The bed is comfortable and many lighting options are available. Daily cleaning service

The breakfast is very basic There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. In our room the shower cabin couldn't be fully closed . The location, if you're enjoying to walk, take into acount that you are about half an hour far away from the center. The reception desk doesn't work in the late evening and night.

Very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, nice to have a fridge and kettle. Plenty of cupboards and shelves to put things on. Only a couple minutes walk to the train station, from there only 10 minutes into the inner city of Vienna on the U train.

The only teabags in the room were a ginger tea, no black or green tea. The sink was annoying, a massive sink with a tiny tap that meant it was hard to get your hands under the water unless the water was turned on full, which then sprayed water all down the back of the basin.

1. we have chosen the hotel because of it's location (near to Westbanhof). 2. air conditioning saved us every day (it was quite hot outside for us) 3. the cleaning staff did it's best to keep the room clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and patient. 4. decent breakfast with good coffee. For us it was a good room for money we paid.

1. the shower room did not have a door (but the shower cabin had a glass door)2. the water tap was unexpectedly installed. So the water ran just a cm from the edge of the sink. It was inconvenient to wash hands. 3. there was only one hook in a shower room. So if you wanted to have a shower you should take your clothes off in a room then walk into the shower room.

Even the locals said this was excellent value for money, £150 for 3 nights, with a nearby hotel charging almost twice that. Bed very comfy, shower wonderful, room temperature superb and easy to control.

Breakfast was ok, but me being fussy probably. I don’t like brown bread and whilst I managed to grab one white roll on one day, the food ran out and wasn’t replaced so bowls were empty and that was at 8.30. It’s a continental breakfast which is fine, but cereal choice very limited and the brown bread was hard. Minor amusing point - do not put anything on the shelf in the bathroom. It’s only an inch wide and easy to knock something down, which goes straight down the toilet! Really stupid design, nowhere to put toiletries, but these things are nothing to worry about. Staff are lovely, location fine, overall bargain price, you won’t find quality cheaper in Vienna

The location is great, very close to the metro station U3 -Zieglergasse and to the famous shopping area Mariahilferstrasse. The breakfast is delicious; it includes a variety of traditional and classic dishes. The people working at the place are very kind and helpful.

The TV cable is via HDMI and it is quite tricky to handle. The mini fridge in my room didn't work, but they allowed me to use the one in the breakfast lounge. The rooms on the 5th floor and above are smaller.

The bed was conformable, the shower was nice and the location superp (literally 2min walk to the metro that brings you to city center in 3 stops; otherwise you can walk 30-35 min to the centre in the shopping street). Staff was nice. The facility was new and well kept.
