It is a really clean hotel which is located near the westbahnhof station. This is perfect if you plan to take a trip west to Salzburg. It is also nearby the shopping area. The staff is really polite and welcoming. A nice hotel in Vienna.

Not much really. The only negative was that the bread was not fresh for breakfast and there were no pancakes. Also, staff really needs to investigate the situation with the keycards and doorlocks. We were given a card to a room which was occupied. Luckily the lady in lingerie which we encountered didnt freak out on us. Upon being sent to another room, we had the luxury of somebody walking into our room while we were practising the indoor gymnastics. My girlfriend and I are generally easy going people so it was no biggie for us. However, it might be a tiny issue for some other guests.

The focus on sustainability feels so right. After travelling for years I’ve never come across a place so committed to sustainability. Funnily enough the sustainability made everything feel so comfy, from the super amazing organic breakfast paradise to the sustainable bedding, zero single use plastic and a wall and roof full of solar panels. They have done such a wonderful job, everything was so comfortable. A template for all hotels in the future - I just wish they weren’t unusual in that respect but unfortunately there is so much waste built into the design of other hotels. The first 10 out of 10 I’ve ever given.

One minor thing, we couldn’t remember our room number so at breakfast one guy was giving us the third degree about whether we were staying there or not. Who remembers their room number on holidays? LOL Most of the staff were so super friendly and amazing though so just a tiny thing.

Breakfast was really delicious, our room was nice and clean. Very friendly staff.

Parking on the street is not convenient. We got a fine bc we were not informed to change the parking ticket at 9am.

Well, the patio was nice, but closing it at 10pm is a bit early! The first explanation was "for noise reduction". Well, at that time we were 6 - 7 people out there, but no one was talking; everyone checking mails on laptops, iPads or cell phones! My response was that the loudest noise at that moment was the "noise" of the crickets in the plants on the walls and the garden ....

We loved the breakfast. Lots of things to choose from, mostly organic, for every taste. Coffee was included in the breakfast (but you have to ask for it in case one of the waiters forgot to offer it). The room was very clean, well organized, room temperature OK, comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and ready to help or to provide information , advice, etc. We will definitely come back again other time.

TV could have been bigger and with English spoken channels and streaming services such as Netflix, etc.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, the room decoration is quirky but fun, the room and bathroom were both big a spacey, and the garden were really nice. I didn't check out the rooftop garden, but am sure it was lovely too :) The room, sheets, and towels were clean. In terms of location, it's quite close to U stations Westbahnhauf and Schweglerstraße (I'd say maybe 7 minute walk), as well as to tram stations with a couple of lines, so while it's not close to the city center, it's easy to get around.

My one big disappointment was that for a hotel that claims it is ecological, I was expecting a more vegan-friendly breakfast. From what I could see, there was one type of cheese (compared to at least 10 non-vegan cheese), some tofu that was obviously store-bought (compared to scrambled eggs), and so on... I was expecting more variety. In addition, apparently coffee is extra, although I only found that out when I checked out.

The hotel is in convenient location, about 8-10 min walk away from the nearest metro station and less to the tram stations. The decorations of the hotel is modern, comfy and funky in some places. The garden is superb with a lot of plants. The breakfast is one of the best I have had, using various organic food sources and big variety of food for the size of the hotel and good coffees provided. The staff was very attentive. Overall, great value for money.

The room was a little bit hot in early July during my stay (didn't find the air conditioning control - perhaps I should've asked. Only saw a small fan in the cabinet).

we loved the approach to sustainability and the good breakfast with organic product and the friendliness of the staff. the location was close to the u Bahn station. staff was friendly.

we had a room on the rooftop and since it was pretty hot days during the evening we were struggling to sleep, even with open windows. there was only a fan to help. we know that this summer was unusually warm, but it was difficult for us to sleep in these conditions. the cleanliness could be better and the towels were not changed even if we asked for it leaving the sign on the bed.

Hotel is very beautiful, very nice garden. Not far aways from the train station, very quiet. Nice young girl introduce us few very good restaurant. Breakfast is good, a lot of options. The room is beautiful, shower room is too small.

Room is difficult to find, there are several building and gate. need more clearer direction.

Not talking about the rates this place offers, which are simply too good. The owners and the staff really put their heart in this place. This shows in the warm welcome you will get on your arrival, the individual room and its coziness all around. Located really close to several main public transportation lines, this place is really everything you need for a great stay in Vienna.
