The hotel itself was amazing and the front staff were great! Overall it was a pleasant place and I will definitely go back however they need to re-evaluate their banquet staff...I was walking around the hotel taking beautiful pictures of the terrace when I was rudely spoken to by the banquet staff stating "what are you doing here, there is nothing to see here". I then said "I am a guest at this hotel and I live on the same floor and I came to take pictures of the terrace, is there a problem?" I proceeded to ask for his name and who is he and he refused to provide that information. He then went about doing his organization of the hall as there apparently was an event the following day.

breakfast was incredible. Very clean hotel in general. But it was only one night stay...

The price of parking in the "hotel garage" (24 hrs) was a bit too high in my opinion; I think that the hotel guests should have some sort of considerable discount.

Location is great as it is central. Public transport is just few mins away. I had ankle problem so I have found this location is perfect as anyone can easily commute to center of vienna The breakfast was good. There have been quite a lot selection of foods available. Good size room and it was clean. In terms of restaurant, there have been many restaurants or kebab or sushi shops around. The shopping centre is just one stop away from the hotel.

We requested for an hour late checkout but the staff couldn't arrange that fir us. We were told that all rooms are booked. The check-in time is 3pm so we thought an hour late checkout couldn't cause too much problem

Arcotel is a beautiful elegant structure, located in an area from which it is possible to reach the main attractions and this is positive. It's a nice hotel, the cleaning is very thorough, the staff is courteous and quite helpful.

What we didn't like · I didn't like the fact that breakfast was not included in the price of the stay, generally hotels offer this service; furthermore, the SPA, which also includes use of the gym, is subject to a fee, 15 euros for 1 hour; I have never seen it in any other hotel I have stayed at in Europe...It is indisputable that Vienna is a beautiful city, but in my opinion, quite expensive; never say never.. but,.. I won't revisit it anytime soon..

location, clean room, good breakfast, safe box

no mini fridge in the room. I didn’t pay attention when booking the room and didn’t expect that in the 4 star hotel. I needed fridge for kid’s food. Staff haven’t tried to offer upgrade (you never know, it’s about selling in the right way) Staff tried to sell their expensive parking though :) When I asked if it’s ok to park on the street, I was told better not, it’s only for residents. But when I was about to go to P+R near by, I met a policeman on the street and asked him. The policeman politely explained how parking works in the city and that I could leave my car in the area during weekend without any worries. But not working days. The same I would expect from the staff. But ok.

Breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff were polite and the breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked Rooms were clean and bins are emptied daily

I asked in advance for a spare bed for a child in a family room I booked, which was not provided. Check-out process could be improved, with more staff available. I had to wait 10min to check out as only one person was on the desk at 9:00, who was occupied on the phone. Another staff member came after 10min. I was interrupted during my checkout process by another guest, who the receptionist tried to deal with at the same time as me. I paid for parking but didn't receive parking exit tickets from the receptionist, so I was delayed again when leaving, having to contact the hotel to be let out.

Great breakfast, with various plates. Good coffee, great apples, very cozy breakfastroom with small tables with a view to the circulated road. Staff solved everything I've asked for. The room was clean and cleaned each day. Small freezer in the room if needed, I didn't use it. Nice people in the reception and also the floor manager. I had a good general experience, the hotel is near the U-bahn station, on a parallel street you may also take the tram. Also, on the streets behind lots of small shops. I'm planning for a family city break here in the future.

The location was good, not centrally located but just a few minutes ride to Schonbrunn Palace and other places of interest in the city center. Public transport was easy to find, we didn’t use it but if we wished to, we still had the option. Underground parking was a big plus in a difficult area in terms of parking - I found it a bit overpriced but since we were not allowed to park anywhere on the street as it was for residents only, the price seemed quite reasonable. Our room, at the rear of the building overlooking a patio, was spacious and quiet.

The bathroom was in need of refurbishment, it was very outdated (as opposed to the rest of the hotel) and with mold stains on several of the tiles. We felt that the cleaning was inadequate. We left 2 empty glasses of coffee on the table and as we returned in the evening they were still there, so we had to wash them ourselves to use them the next morning.

The Arcotel Wimberger is in a good location, close to public transportation. The front-desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet is quite good, with a lot of variety. Our room was clean and well-furnished, and the bed was comfortable. There were many television channels in different languages, as well as some radio stations. One feature that I especially liked was that a Billa supermarket is located on the same block, although its operating hours are limited. Also there are restaurants nearby.

When we stayed here a few years ago and had the breakfast buffet, a waiter came by and left an urn of coffee on each table. Now, guests who want coffee have to stand in line at a self-serve coffee machine. Not only does it now take a long time to get a cup of coffee, but also there is a traffic jam around the coffee machine, and it's difficult to get past it to other parts of the buffet.

Fist of all the hotel staff are great and welcoming. Second, the Hotel is very clean and located in a very good place. It’s not too far from the main attractions and just waking 1 min north you’ll be able to catch the tram [49] to go east and visit most for the attraction. Or walk 4 mins south and you’ll catch subway [U3] and be right by old Vienna city. Third, I highly recommend that you reserve your stay with Breakfast. They offer an excellent breakfast that’s very much enjoyable. Fourth, rooms are very clean. Fifth, you can keep the bags at the storage room at the reception for free, and come back pick them up when it’s time to leave. One last thing, the hotel is close to a very nice restaurant called (Bab Alharah) it’s a very good restaurant that I highly recommend to go to. But keep in mind you’ll need to pay cash (no idea why)!!

My stay was from June 27th to Jun 30th, during this time the temperature was reaching about 85 degrees, so the AC in the room it felt as if it’s not catching up to cool enough as expected. So I complained to the receptionist and she offered to give me another room. I checked the other room and found it to be almost similar so I just contributed with my room and I was offered and given a table fan, but I end up not using it because we got used to the AC, which became better at night.
