The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable.

It felt the place is understaffed, because even though the employees were trying hard to cover all the areas that needed attention, literally running from one place to another, there were always queues everywhere in the hot-spots (reception desk, coffee machine, etc.). As a result, they can come off as not polite, when if fact they are just overworked. The breakfast was so-so. Not too much variety and many basic items that were popular (e.g. plain yogurt) were quickly out-of-stock. Because of this, it felt like it was not a good value for money.

I stayed here for a concert and it was perfect The staff were so lovely (man with glasses) and welcoming and even asked me what room I would like and if I’d like a room facing the venue which I did take The room and bathroom were nice and exactly what I expected and needed. The lobby is great very relaxed, clean and contemporary with lots of plugs

I didn’t dislike anything other than that there is no overnight security when I left at 3am it was dark and no security which I felt unsafe - not a big issue but only thing I can think of

I loved that the manager sorted out my check-in after-hours when I couldn't figure out the payment on the machine. A BIG THANK YOU!!!! I was in the lobby alone (& scared) and the manager fixed everything over the phone. Thank you! Thank you! (I contacted the manager via booking.com customer service.) The hotel is in a central location, close to public transportation, groceries, restaurants, cafes, malls! The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious. My room was big. The bed is comfortable. TV good size. The windows are soundproof. Breakfast downstairs is good. Everything is truly fantastic 💗. Thank you for making my stay in Vienna so WONDERFUL.

Good location close to the city centre. The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and comfy bed. There is a private parking in the garage that can be reserved in advance for a good price. Staff was very kind and helpful when we arrived and had a bit of a trouble with the garage door.

When we arrived there was a trouble with the garage door. Even though we received all the necessary codes in advance it did not work. Luckily for us the reception was still working and the guy helped us get in. Otherwise, our booked parking space would be unused.

super close to the Stadthalle, also a 20 min walk from the beautiful Mariahilfe Strasse. Great location!

When we arrived at the property having a parking space pre-booked we had to go in to reception for a code, they did not let us in or would say the code on the phone, had to reverse back from the parking entrance and find a parking spot. a bit too much drama for a code really. Also the staff did not speak English it made it even harder… The reception felt very understaffed to be honest.

The hotel is located next to Stadthalle, just 7-10 minutes away from Westbahnhof/U-bahn. The room is clean, the self check-in system is fast, easy and very convenient.

There was a weird smell in the room, nothing too unpleasant though, probably just some cleaning product (15-20 mins with open window solve the problem). There's no trash bin in the room except for the one in the bathroom. There's no kettle/glasses/cups. It's okay since it was mentioned in the description that there are none, but still it would be nice to have them.

The location was great, a convenient metro ride away from the major places of interest, and the nearest metro stop was a 5 min walk from the hotel.. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices for everyone. The rooms were quiet and the bathroom was very nice. There were also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well as supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I liked the checkout time of 12:00, plenty of time to sleep, have breakfast and leave.

The beds are very narrow. I'm not a big person, but it felt very small. That said, other people in our family said they thought they were ok. There is no reception after 10, luckily we didn't need anything after it closed.

The room was spacious, bathroom has enough room for cosmetic bags and hangers for towels next to the shower. The beds are comfortable, it was very quiet. Lift comes quicly, we never had to wait for long. The location is very good, approximately half an hour or less relaxed walk to Museumsquartier. Parking on street is available for free on weekends and holidays. We had no problem finding a spot in the same street on Saturday morning and Monday evening before the public holiday. Easy to reach, access from the main circular road.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating throughout our whole stay. The room felt brand new, was very clean and cozy. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower! You get plenty of soap/shampoo/shower gel so you don't really need to bring it with you. Also, I'm guessing the walls are quite thick as we couldn't hear any of the other guests. The breakfast was delicious. And the location is fantastic! Would definitely visit again!!

The beds could be a bit wider and they made a lot of noise. Every time you moved, it sounded like you were sleeping on leather. Also, when the air con was on, it made a weird, very loud sound every 5-15 minutes.

Perfect location: the nearest subway station is in 10 minutes of walk, possibility of electronic check-in is very convenient in case of late/early arrival. Room was clean, bed sheets are super-white, bad was very comfortable. Hair-dryer is available in the room (did not find it on the photos of the bathroom but is was waiting on the shelf :) ). Breakfast is good for the price (boiled eggs, some vegetables, several types of sausage, etc.). Defiantly can recommend this hotel.

One day (on Monday) there were no eggs for breakfast (maybe it was just some supply interruption after the weekend since on Tuesday everything was ok). There is no ironing room or an iron that can be provided to you for 10-15 minutes.
