This hostel was not far from the city center. It was very comfortable. I went to the city center approximately in 20 minutes Room was comfortable Breakfast was buffet I did not sleep during the first night because the neighbor was snoring very loudly. I asked to change the room. They gave me another room. It was very good the they heard customers and they helped them to solve problems. I received a massage after booking that bed linen price wasn’t included but they gave me linen absolutely free for three times. It was very nice

When I returned to the hostel in second night, I did not enter my room because all places were busy. It made me angry They said me that I booked for 2 nights and I needed to check out. They found their mistake after I showed the booking for 3 days. I did not find my stuff in my room. My stuff was on a reception. They returned it me and they changed the room and linen

The hostel is very close to the subway station and a bus stop, which is very convenient. A shopping mall nearby. My room was fine, the bed was comfy, clean sheets and towels. It was very quiet and I rested very well. Toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice common area. Most likely will come back again.

My room was on the ground floor, next to an entrance, so I didn't feel comfortable to have my window curtains open (and with the closed curtains, I had to use the lights during the day too) - not a big deal for a short stay, but for a longer one it might be. I was looking for a communal kitchen, but I couldn't find it. Probably should've asked, but I didn't. The area is not great, but it's only a few stops away from the museums and other cool parts of the city.

Location was nice and personnel very kind and helpful. Pricing was reasonable

The cleaning crew did the job nicely and all but omitted a sock on the room's fire detector. Probably from the previous visitor who wanted to avoid...something... Did not make a fuss about it as I just wanted to fall asleep.. Also the hostel company spams with multiple mails if you make a booking. I did not appreciate this

We booked a family room with my wife and two kids. The hostel was simple but absolutely satisfied our needs. The room was very simple but clean and bigger than I expected from the photos. The location is perfect, underground station and bus/tram stops to city center are 5 minutes walking distance. There is a huge mall at the corner, with fast food/street food restaurants, groceries and everything else.

There are only 6-8 parking places within the hostel, and it was full even though I put a remark in the reservation that I would like to reserve a place. Parking on the streets are free from Friday evening till Monday morning though.

The room is very simple but clean. The proximity to the center allows you to reach various museums and palaces with a simple walk, forgetting the car in the parking lot. You have to pay for parking, but it is still very convenient because it is in the courtyard of the hotel. I recommend booking the parking space because they are really limited the breakfast is quite varied. My son enjoyed baking his own pancakes with the pancake maker 😋

When I booked the room, I also booked the parking space, but I never received confirmation from the hotel that I had the reserved space. When we arrived, we parked the car in the last free spot, but we don't know if it was free because of our reservation or it was just a pure case of luck. in any case, everything was positive

The location is excellent, you can walk to the city centre and there are plenty of public transport options close by, including Wien Westbahnhof. The individual room was on the top floor and the beds were comfortable, the toilet and facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding and towels were relatively good quality and the WiFi was decent and stable. Generally a good value for money, comfortable, close to the Museumsquartier and nightlife.

The rooms on the top floor were very hot and there was a bit of noise in the corridors at night, expected at a hostel but unpleasant nonetheless. When I removed the duvet cover at the end of the stay the duvet was stained.

Stayed in a 6 bed dormitory. Two small rooms one with a shower and a sink and the other with a toilet seat and a sink were a part of the room. The people who stayed were truly a mixed crowd but we ended up making friends with most of them. Staff speak fluent english and were ready to help with any and all questions. Location is excellent, its only 1min walk to the nearest shopping centre and to the nearest transit, allowing you to navigate quickly thru the city. Big thanks for a nice experience.

You will be met with a bare bed if you dont pay extra 5e for the sheets and a towel, which is not a big deal, we just didnt get the memo. 2 of 6 lockers were funcional, the rest were broken and we did have people showing up in the room even though it was fully booked.

Very close to the Stadthalle and a tram station as well as a shopping mall. The lady at the reception was very nice. There was also a TV in our room which came as a surprise and the free wifi is also a plus.

The room was very depressing. Don't get me wrong, for the money I paid I was more than happy with what I got. But since it was so small, who's idea was it to paint it the ugliest gray/beige color and add bars over the tiny lights in the room. Because of these choices, the room felt like a submarine or a cellar lol Also it was a little disappointing when the lady at the reception didn't know the area that well. I asked if there's any café close to the hotel that she would recommend and she told me that we were in a Serbian neighbourhood and that there are no cafés except maybe in the mall. So... There were no cafés in the mall when I checked (just one with billiard) and outside of that actually a few cafés that she probably didn't know about.

As we had a programme at the Stadthalle, the location was perfect. The staff at the reception was very freindly and helpful. The lobby area and the tools for free time activities, even for kids is frienldy and funny, jus as the bar area. The family room is big enough with comfortable beds, safe and also confortable bunkbeds for the kids. The hotel has fair buffet breakfast.

The room and specially the bathroom was relatively cold, not comfortable. The elevator needs to be renovated, doesn't feel too safe, but it works. There was no chance of getting parking place (not in advance, not on the spot either), however there seemed to be some empty spots during our stay.

Everything corresponds to the price and quality. The hostel has a very interesting design. The ground floor lobby has plenty of space. The rooms are tidy. Cleaned up every day. The service works well. Polite and welcoming. If you need a bed that is a duvet cover, a bed sheet, then ask right away. There is some noise from the street, but if you close the window, then there is no noise. Convenient location. Thank you.
