It has everything one needs. Bed is comfy, though one of the pillows was dirty (had strands of hair on it) which made me wonder if they changed the pillow case. Room is spacious and well lit, bathroom is clean and of a good size. WiFi works well. Has a gym though I didn't use it. Offers free flow sparkling water at the lobby, though I didn't use it too cause I don't like sparkling water. Location is conveniently situated near the Hauptbahnhof, be sure to take the OBB trains and not CAT which goes to the Wien Mitte and not Hauptbahnhof. From the Hauptbahnhof, it's a fast 15 mins train ride to the airport too, so very convenient.

Housekeeping is done only once a week if you stay more than 7 days.

JOYN is a big - black colored - hotel with 9 floors, each having 15 apartments! It fits nicely with other surrounding black or gray hotels and office buildings. The whole area is stylish, super clean and - most important - super quiet! Our room, specifically, was so quiet that we wondered if we are the sole guests in it! We got there from the airport by taxi (46 euros, double tariff after 18:00). Don't make this mistake! JOYN is a 2 minute walk from Vienna's main train station. And what a station that is... Like a big international airport! Three levels, with any store imaginable, great food variety and connecting lines to anything, both domestic and international. In fact we took a train to Bratislava for 11 euros (~1 hour trip). You take line U1 and after 3 stops you get yourself just outside the famous Stephansdom (cathedral), mark of the historic city center, called Stephansplatz. One stop earlier (Karlsplatz) gets you just outside the Opera, but you can also go there by a 10-minute straight walk from the Cathedral. We strongly recommend you to buy a 7-day pass (17,10 euros, from the station's info kiosk) and enjoy moving around by train, bus and tram. Vienna has the most extensive mass transportation system I have ever witnessed. And JOUN is located just right to the center of it!

Upon entering the room (411), we got a negative vibe because it seemed that we were given a different room than the one we liked and booked. It was grayish instead of blueish and with an opposite orientation. Nevertheless, it was convenient and stylish, and all furniture and appliances seemed brand new. Well, except for the hair dryer which has issues! It doesn't like to work much, and only in the 1st setting out of 2! The view is nothing special, for those who care. Just an office building with glass walls, so you have to keep the curtains closed at all times. Maybe it gets better at the other side of the hotel's corridor.

The apartment is 2 mins walk from Wien Hfb main station (same building with Novotel), but a bit far away from the city centre. Good location if you're looking to stay for a few days and move, which we were. There was a self-washing service downstairs (Quickwash? I don't remember), it cost me 3.5€ for washing & 2.5€ for drying, cheaper than the services I had in Prague LOL. The staffs were nice, the room was super clean!!!! I like how they design the apartment, not too big but functional. We had a decent stay.

Almost nothing, but If you're a tourist you may to stay closer to the city centre, for us it wasn't a problem, the Tram to the city centre is nearby, with Tram D2 (2 mins walk) you'll be at the city centre in 20 mins.

It was an amazing stay!!! The place is absolutely a gem! we stayed for 5 days and we felt we wanted to stay more.. It was very homey.. We arrived early morning like 2am and used the self service machine for check in without any hassle.. very fast checkin and the access card was printed quickly after entering the required booking info. We liked the proximity of the place to public transportation - bus, train, and tourist spots, grocery stores, shopping mall… walking distance to Belvedere palace. the location is a very modern district.. We like the architecture style of the place, it’s interiors and exterior design-very contemporary.. It is clean, stylish, accessible to everything, centrally location not crowded. A good option to stay rather than squeezing yourself in the crowded city. The cost of the room per night is very good! We love the room it was complete with all the things we need, the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, very spacious with nice comfortable bed, large window, tv is huge, bathroom is huge as well, very clean and smells good, sound proof, corridors outside is wide, lift is fast, there is a coffee machine in ground floor, lobby and area for chatting with friends or business meeting. Definitely recommended 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The location was very convenient - there were multiple transport options to get either to the city center, other sightseeings located at a distance from a city center and, as the train station is literally next to the apartments, even going to Salzburg or Munich was super easy. The apartment was good as well - clean, warm, with most of the necessary things in there. Although I must admit, that there were no hair dryer and the main bathroom amenities kit. It’s not a negative point, but rather something to keep in mind before travelling here. In all other aspects - perfect place to stay.

Dear JOYN management, you're violate an EU GDPR regula: self check-in terminal doesn't work at all, some security guy from this business district, came after my call and take a picture of our and other guests documents (on his personal phone), after that gave keys to us, our private data leaked. Bathroom without soap (in our Covid times). On the bed we found used chewing gum left from previous guests. And, please, add come tea, coffee and sugar in room.

The location near the Belvedere palace. The supermarkets very near, as well as the train and bus station. The room was very beautiful.

In the bathroom, there should be a soap or something to wash your hands and to clean it more often as there was a lot of dust.

Excellent location for accessing public transport and food/drinks. Staff at reception were all friendly and helpful, the property has a good sized gym and our room was a good size and comfortable with access to an outdoor area. The washers and dryers in the laundry are used through an App. Which worked well and saved the hassle of having coins or checking physically for available machines.

The room light is very badly positioned. It hangs really low in the centre of the room and the lowest bulb is directly at eye level. (My partner hit his head on it a couple of times as he is quite tall). The bed up against the wall is not ideal for a couple. The room has low level of natural light meaning that you have to use the awful light all the time.

Perfect location no matter traveling by train or airplane. Reachable to most of the sightseeing in the city center. Good facilities matching the price. Relatively quiet room (at least good enough to catch some good sleep) Friendly stuff (although not easy to find them in the evening)

1. I stayed 7 days but I didn't even get one time towel change. Luckily I had my own. 2. The parking garage although very reachable, you could directly get there from the lift, but 25 euros/day is really a pain in ass. 3. Not everything is really clean in the room. eg. the towel rack/heater in the toilet was dusty.
