The room was very nice and quiet. Everything was clean and the bed very comfortable. In general perfect stay and I would book again!

You must reserve breakfast the evening before so you get it cheaper. We did that and tried also to pay, but the system kind of didn’t work. We landed up paying the next day full price and at the reception they told us that they can’t do anything about it but they try and let me know. I’ve never heard of them again. The price difference is not the world, but just how it happened was a bit annoying.

The facility itself is superb. The rooms are nice, the corridors, all of it is carpeted and feels very comfortable. The cafe is nice with outdoor seating and very pleasant. The design of the hotel is also very pleasing as every detail has been thought out and its all about the moon :)

I wouldn't say the staff was generally bad, byt there a few things that need a mention. 1. there is no phones in the rooms which makes it a bit inconvenient to have to go downstairs every time you need to speak to the check-in staff. they had to be reminded 3 times for rooms slippers AND THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF THAT DELIVERED THEM, JUST KNOCKED ON THE DOOR ONCE AND I HAVE SAID 'ONE MOMENT PLEASE', NEVERTHELESS SUPER UNBOTHEREDLY HAS JUST OPENED THE DOOR WITH HER KEY AND THREW THE SLIPPER INSIDE THE ROOM. Just absolutely rude and very much intruding the personal space, given also the fact that I was topless. It was such an awkward moment I got very angry about. I would like to point out not all of the housekeeping staff is like this, quite on the contrary in fact.

The hotel is modern, clean and confortable. It is located within sight of the main train station and subway trains, however it is not in the centre of the torristy areas. I booked like this intentionally so access was easy when moving large suitcases, it was a winter trip so was thinking turrets would be snow or rain) and it was perfect. The subway to the tourist attractions takes about 10 mins and attractions like the castle which are out of town are also easily accessed from the hotel area. The staff on the desk were so helpful and Lovely.

The breakfast is truly outstanding, with a lot of variety (buffet on the weekend) while fully vegetarian. You are very kindly informed that you can indeed get ham or sausage if you wish :) The rooms look modern and cosy and have many local light options. The view is also great, even if you're not on the topmost floor. The location is fantastic: you are literally across the street from the central station while also a walking distance away from Belvedere and a lovely tram ride away from the museum quarter.

We just need to visit again to make use of all the facilities Moons has to offer: a rooftop bar and a fitness centre sounds fantastic!

I absolutely loved this hotel , the hotel room itself was very cool and clean the beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby honestly , the hotel is in a phenomenal location so it is a 5 minute walk to the Belvedere Palace and close to the tram , train station , metro ext , I also absolutely loved the circle (moon) shaped window were so cool and comfortable and even though we were very close to the road and multiple ambulances passed the room was sound proof so we couldn’t hear anything which was great! The breakfast was intact vegan but still had a wide selection so didn’t disappoint me has scrambled eggs , all types eggs cereal , juices tea a bunch of tasty pastries and a lot more food for me to list. Also the bathrooms are provided with a set of rituals so that was very nice. One thing that I would add is a restaurant to eat after but honestly wasn’t much of a problem to us as we were in the city all day. The staff were very friendly and polite and bilingual they even knew Ukranian which was amazing! There is a downside that you can’t open any windows for fresh air but it’s okay The showers were great and the water was so good you can drink it ! Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

This was a stay for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted with their experience. The hotel and room was stylish, cozy, and equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect near the main train station, historic center and easy to navigate around Vienna. They particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh, diverse, and satisfying. It made their trip memorable and enjoyable.

No complaints at all. The room was very clean, unusual designed, and ideal for journey. Thank you so much for ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for my parents this week.

Everything was perfect in our stay. Location, view and cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Upon check-in we kept waiting for 15 minutes in the lobby and because they kept us waiting they gave us a free breakfast for 1 day. Who really does this nowadays? I would like to thank the reception staff as well, they are very welcoming and decent people. I’ve stayed in hilton and other hotels during my trip. This hotel indeed was the best in all aspects. Would definitely recommend especially for people using the train as their main transport because the hotel is 2 minutes away from the train station.

Nothing at all

We really loved the look of the hotel, both inside and out. The room was nicely outfitted, with the best bed and bedding we had on our 7 city vacation. The hotel seemed brand new and immaculate. Front desk and breakfast room/ bar staff were great. Room was also the perfect temp for sleeping, and had a great shower, shelving and sink area. Big closets with amenities were very much appreciated, as was the bottled water provided daily. Wonderful blackout drapes helped us sleep 10hours a night! Location was terrific- right across from the train station with a short walk to Belvedere Palace in one direction, and historic center a short walk in the other direction.

Not a thing!

This is a really good value hotel , right next to the main train station. It has small but well done rooms, nice bathrooms and in room facilities like tea & coffee , shower gel & shampoo etc. it was perfect as a good value base to explore Vienna. It is located very close to Belverdere Palace and the Klimt exhibits, but it is a good 40min walk from the centre of town. It has a decent breakfast restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, and the buffet was as you expect, all fine. Staff were young and friendly, and everyone was helpful.

The location is out of the town, but if you are happy to walk 30 mins or so, or jump on the train/tube then it’s fine. The area is not buzzy or central so we arrived on a Sunday, and really struggled to find anywhere open to eat. The hotel is on a busy road, and although there was no noise from our room, it certainly doesn’t have a view or isn’t beautiful in its location. For a reasonable price we were prepared to walk.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. A free drink on arrival was appreciated. The rooms were compact but had everything you needed. The seat by the window was a nice touch. A great shower and branded toiletries were well received. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of local produce. The pastries were a highlight. A 12pm check out was great to have, perfect to have a lazy morning before exploring the city. Metro station and Belvedere Palace are only a few minutes walk away. Hopefully I'll get the chance to stay here again.

The temperature control in the rooms was a bit difficult. The room was quite room which I didn't mind but others might not appreciate it.
