SUPERRRRR breakfast (quality and choice) and hotel well connected with the center of the city. Interesting neighborhood, very peculiar. Staff (family run) is so friendly and lovely, a hotel to return to and feel at home!

the fact that you have to request to have an extra blanket(down filled comforter) or pillow at the reception It woudl preferable to have it already in the room, and a double room with single occupancy should have two blankets (on both sides) as otherwise the room looks extremely SAD and incomplete. This is not a complaint, just a headsup to the structure,

Amazing breakfast buffet! Omelets made to order daily, huge selection of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, yogurt, etc. They have a coffee machine for cappuchino, tea, hot chocolate and expresso. There is a fresh homemade coffee cake or danish each day besides the rolls and 3 types of bread. Many types of fresh or packaged jams, honey, raisins, etc. You will not be hungry for lunch any time soon after this breakfast. Each room has a hairdryer hardwired in the bathroom and accessible outlets for charging your phone. There is no outlet in the bathroom but I don't use a curling iron so this was no problem. There is an outlet near a full length mirror so anyone could use this. I like the European way of having the toilet in a separate room from the shower so there's no need to wait to use it. Even though the hotel is located in a city neighborhood, because the rooms and reception are located in a privatecourtyard, there is not any noticeable noise. Windows can be opened if you want fresh air. Hotel provides info on the City Pass for attractions, museums, palace, and transportation. I was visiting family so I didn't avail myself of the pass but it looks like a good deal. We stayed 5 nights in September 2022 and paid $600 which I found extremely reasonable considering you are staying in a major city. I pay more for a stay at a Holiday Inn Express in the US with only a basic breakfast.

I forgot that European hotels do not provide washcloths and forgot to bring my own but I had disposable facial cloths I used.

A wonderful small boutique hotel. Very very clean. A rich breakfast with a variety of cheese, vegetables, eggs, bread etc' very helpful staff - I asked for a kettle and iron and these were supplied immediately. very close (2 minutes walk) to an underground station

The neighborhood around the hotel: the walk from the metro station to the hotel can be a bit unpleasant (mainly late at night) Breakfast on saturday and sunday is served only from 8AM, so plan your schedule accordingly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful; it makes such a difference staying at a family-run hotel. The rooms have sufficient space for two and are cozy. Breakfast is plentiful and there are many choices. The location is quiet and convenient, both for Uber and for public transportation. The hotel restaurant is convenient, although closed on weekends.

The hotel was very conveniently located close to metro and tram stops. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked eggs every day. Value was excellent compared with downtown hotels and dit was only 10 minutes on the metro to the centre. It was also very convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel, especially if you use the S Bahn and metro.

Really good and clean rooms, a very friendly service. The location is really nice in this old plant. Breakfast is continental and very good for the most people. A special service is to get fried or scrambled eggs fresh made with bacon and or vegetables.

For guests who want to eat vegetarian or vegan, the offer is not large, even for allergy sufferers there is only little choice (no oat milk, no soy milk, the cheeses are not labeled...). A few vegan spreads and pure spelled and/or rye bread would be a very good addition.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard with lots of trees and other plants. . Inside it was extremely well maintained. Our room was very quiet and breakfast was excellent. The tube station to the Center is just a few minutes walk away.

Sadly,the immediate surrounding area ( neighbourhood) of the hotel is a bit tired looking.

Although not located right in the centre of Vienna, it is really close to the metro which is easy to navigate and gets you into the centre in minutes. The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room I was in wasn’t the strongest

Breakfast was best of my 2 week trip in Europe.My room was large,bed was comfortable.l had a wet room.Taxi driver who took me there from train station told me would be very noisy but for 3nights l never heard a sound.Not even from other people.Highly recommended.

Being able to stay longer

Comfortable quiet rooms. Large breakfast. Unique rehabilitation of an old textile factory. Friendly staff.

I would have liked a mini refrigerator in the room. Neighborhood not especially inviting but ideal location for guests with automobiles.
