Everything was perfect, definitely come back. One of the biggest advantages is that double deck sightseeing bus stops near the hotel, this is very convenient

Receptionist, Ioana is doing a great job, she guided us to restaurants cafes and bars and tips and tricks about doing things in Vienna. the hotel is a quiet area with good waking distance to multiple subways and tram

it's not exactly a brand new building and could use some renovation in the rooms and bathrooms but it is still in good shape and everything works as it should

Check In is very easy - there is always a receptionist there, and they are always very helpful. Roomkeeping every day - although I did not need it that much and just skipped (mostly) for Eco considerations. Breakfast - you have different foods, you may choose just vegetarian foods, my wife had no problems to find low-carb / Keto. On the opposite, I had much more fun with cakes, pastries, and sausage :-) Location is perfect! Although not exactly in the city center, you can get to the center and to museums either in 30 minutes by foot, walking along the shopping boulevard Mariahilferstrasse (lots of restaurants of different sorts), or in 3-5 subway stations (there are 2 subway and a few Tram stations in the range of 7 minutes on foot).

Everything was fine.

The reception manager Ioanna was amazing at her job!!!!The night shift receptionist was very unpolite. When i ask him if the hotel offers a balance to check how much my suitcase was he started yealing to me that he doesn't have personaly a balance. He didn't have the training to say even"We are really sorry,we don't have" .The rest staff of the buffet breakfast were unhelpuf and a little bit unpolite. They had put labels to all big tables"reserved" we were 4 persons and we asked very polite if we could sit in a bigger table all together. He said :no, there are reserved. So, me and my friends sat in different tables. We stayed there 1,5 hours to see if someone has trully booked all these (4) big tables. None of them got engaged from any guests until the end of breakfast. The next day we decided we will sit in a bigger table and we say to him ,no,please we want to sit all together,he got so mad because he had to move away a vase with christmas decoration from the table. Christmas decoration on Febryary!!!!!! The breakfast buffet it was beautiful served but al over were flying flies,so it was really discusting touching something. We did touch because we have payed so much money for having breakfast and we were praying not to hurt ourselves. This hotel still works because of the beautiful decoration rooms ,the very good cleaning and the very good maids and because of Ioanna that does everything to help all the guests to feel welcomed in such amazing county Vienna we loved you!!!!!

The flies at the breakfast aerea being on the top of all foods

- Staffs were very friendly - Room was pretty spacious - It was pretty clean - they provide 2 pillows (1 small pillow and 1 big pillow). I guess this is a response from management to the other comment that said that the pillow was too small - We travelled with a baby and they provide a cod - Location was good, near U-Bahn station

- Unfortunately air conditioner can't be turned on. The staff said that because i stayed in the winter time. I stayed indeed in March, but the weather was up to 22°C and it was too warm in the room. The solution they gave me was to open the window, but when i did it, it was so loud. - (minor) the lift was too small - (minor) I expect a higher water flow of the shower

The hotel is just across the street from the musical theater that we were going to. Nearby area the train station, IKEA (for a quick meal after the long train ride) and Lidl (for snacks and quick breakfasts). Tram and bus stations to the city center and places of interests are very convenient. The facilities and furniture were a little dated but everything was clean. Our room looked over the theater and was very bright during the day. The hallway smelled a bit stuffy all the time, probably because there was no window there, but the windows in the room could be opened so we had no problem in terms of fresh air during our stay.

The staff was nice and responsive. Quiet area. Next to the LIDL store. The metro is 700 m from the hotel - U3 line. The large shopping street with many shops and cafes is 700 m from the hotel. Easy to get from the airport to the hotel, you need to take the CAT train at the airport and in 16 minutes you will be in the city center. Then you even need to change to the U3 metro there, and you will be at the hotel after a few stations. All sights are easily accessible by metro. Our roof terrace had a nice view to the city despite it being winter and rainy . In the summer, it would be nice to spend some time on the terrace.

In my opinion it is a 3-star hotel but not 4. The pillows were uncomfortable. Although there were two of them, they were very small. I don't like big pillows, but these were very flat and small. The shower was poorly attached to the wall, making it difficult to take a shower. The toilet is constantly running water. The refrigerator cooled the food very poorly. These are all small things, but overall that's why they don't qualify for 4 stars. But the staff is really good.

Clean and tidy, well maintained room ... amazing breakfast with lots of options for everybody ... exceptional staff, I had a request, was in Vienna on a business trip and I needed to prolong my stay for an hour because of the conference call so I needed to check out a little bit later than expected, that was no problem whatsoever ... perfect location with amazing connectivity

pillows were too soft, but that´s just a personal and subjective thing.

Very good experience. We came at Christmas time and everything was magical. The breakfast area was nicely decorated and food selection was good. The staff is very helpful and polite, especially with the breakfast service. The room had a nice view of the theatre. Beds are comfortable and the bathtub is big enough to take a bubble bath. The cleanliness was perfect, and everything we asked for was provided. One of the best things is the free sauna that is open late! All in all a great experience and I would definitely come back if I go to Vienna again.

Great staff, very attentive and willing to help. Very gratefull for the early check in. Location is fine. Great transfer option provided by the hotel. You can use Gumpendorf strasse U station (a bit more convinient than Westbanhof U station) when with the kids. However, check regarding your own travel options and itinerary.

Breakfast could be slightly better but worked anyway. It would be great to have a working bar but it is only question of my preference.
