Absolutely everything. There is nothing stuffy or pretentious about this Relais and Chateaux hotel in the perfect location on the Ringstrasse. The staff were warm and welcoming providing excellent service. The rooms are beautiful with extremely comfortable beds and fabulous rain head showers and. great water pressure. The bathroom products were lovely too! I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Vienna!

Location and the rooms , the spa is amazing

I have traveled extensively for business and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was extremally helpful and kind, the room is spacious and very well appointed. Despite the fact that the hotel faces Ringstrasse, a very busy and somewhat noisy street, there was absolutely zero noise entering the room. Amazing noise blocking windows. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good. The hotel has a nice spa area with indoor pool, sauna and treatment rooms.

I really searched for something that was not excellent and when I sat on the bed for the first time I thought I had found it. The bed was quite hard when I first tried it but to my surprise, both my wife and I slept very well. So in the end there was absolutely nothing I could find.

Great location, exceptional design, large rooms. Restaueant is amazing, tasting menu blew our minds. Staff was professional and warm. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was upgraded for free as it was my Birthday when we were staying there and the room and decor were stunning. The bed was the most comfortable luxurious bed I have ever slept in. The lovely thoughtful gestures did not end there with a beautiful slice of cake being delivered to wish me happy birthday and all of the staff were so friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in doing all they could to delight their customers.

Breakfast options a bit limiting for the UK palate so maybe more options to provide toast without it being fried would have helped

The property it top. I have stayed in Kempinski, Ritz and Hyatt in Vienna and I really liked the Amauris choosing Relais & Chateaux as we often stay in their properties. Our room was amazing and we had all we needed. The property is just recently renovated and opened. Location is perfect cannot be better. Food was truly amazing. Restaurant staff was friendly, attentive and engaging. Linda and her colleague at breakfast were truly amazing and cater to all of our needed.

My only disappointment came from some of the Front Desk staff. We expected more Concierge services. We asked for a restaurant recommendations and assistance to book few places during our stay. Whilst the Reception staff was extremely polite and courteous we did not get the expected assistance, communication and handover between shifts was lacking which resulted in confusion and we just did our own bookings. Apart of that all was great and we do highly recommend the place.

Perfect room, perfect service, perfect location. Awesome reception, and the reception staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Our room exceeded our expectations. The bed was the most comfortable bed, and the feather pillows were so comfy. Great air-conditioner. Awesome drinks cabinet and minibar. The ambient lighting in the room is so well designed. And the special touches like the chess set and the quartz stone and the Albertina rabbit are delightful. We loved the welcome pralines. Thank you.

Everything was great.

Things got off to an excellent start - with an efficient reception and a welcome drink. It continued this way throughout our stay. Friendly , very helpful staff , excellent service , excellent room layout and quality of furnishings. Food quality was also very, very good. Very effective Aircon system a boon in what turned out to be a hear wave week in VIENNA.

Nothing much. A minor gripe- the very modern large smart TV of the room did not allow Apple airplay connection as the default settings were overridden by a hotel specific software.

It is brand new and beautiful. The design is modern and elegant. The food is exquisite. The staff is competent and polite and very helpful. It is walking distance from hundreds of shops, restaurants, the opera house and the train.
