The location was superb, right in the old town area. Very close to cute souviner stores, resturants, historic sites. The service was also impeccable. The guys on reception/administration were extremely helpful, polite, kind - particularly Eldar who helped us with suitcases and all requests/questions. The buffet breakfast was nice and the chef brought over to us a lovely traditional dish which was a very nice surprise.

The googlemaps location wasnt correct so we spent some time searching for it. The hotel is located in a little alleyway straight past the roundabout type circle after the entry gates into the area.

Location excellent in the heart of Old City, but in quite corner. Superb breakfast and staff available 24hr (speaking English and Russian). Clean rooms and bathroom. Hotel Manager Vusal - very helpful and taking personal care of the guests and special request.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Location was perfect (inside old town but close to the sea).

The shifting staff at the reception were all polite, kind, and helpful. The room we had was clean, especially the washroom. The hotel was nice with an open area for eating. Breakfast was good as well as the Lady who's cooking was very nice. Location wise good, near Nizami Street.

Breakfast has limited options, but tastewise good. Overall experience for me was very good.

The Pera Hotel is a terrific small hotel in a great location in the old city. The room was quiet, comfortable and spacious, The staff on the front desk were very helpful and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Communication was excellent The lady in the breakfast room was wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was a short distance to all the major sights in the Old City but also less than 50m from the main gate. I arranged a transfer from the airport through the hotel and I'm glad I did, as the a staff member met the taxi and carried my bag the short distance. As the hotel is located up a small laneway it would have been hard to find. There was no lift as it's the old city but that was not really an issue as there were only a couple of floors.

The bathroom was a bit dated and there was an issue with the hot water, but it was fixed promptly.

Staff attentive to our requirements, location very close to many sights, a quiet street, good breakfast, spacious room, daily cleaning, mini fridge, 0.5 l water/person is provided every day. The quality / price ratio is correct.

Being an old traditional building, they have rooms with windows facing the inner courtyard and which is covered, so you don't have the possibility to ventilate, you have to use AC, I stayed in such a room and it was unpleasant because it was hot and I didn't AC support. Although I saw that they have different prices for the rooms when I booked, I didn't know what the difference was. When I return, I will request a room with a window to the street.

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel and as I arrived very late in the night, the airport transfer I had pre-arrangement was very welcome (Yes, you could probably find cheaper transport, but when you arrive in the middle of the night in a foreign place you don't want to search around). Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, all personnel (reception, breakfast, cleaning) were polite and helpful and the room I was given was spacious for one person and clean. Air-condition and mini fridge were a plus. The hotel is close to the old city and in walking distance of the city sights. Breakfast was good with some choices.
