Everything was perfect and amazing and special thanks from us to Mr. Jaber the receptionist who was so gentle and he surprised my self and my wife when he found out that it was our 25th wedding anniversary ❤️🌹

Everyone and everything was perfect except the last two days as my wife fell sick from food poisoning after she ate shawarma ordered from room service on Saturday night as after few hours she vomited 🤮 with abdominal discomfort and pain accompanied with it diarrhea for the next two days.

Location and service

They take fees for valet parking even if you are resident in the hotel and this i never seen in my entire life in any 5 star hotel ! To go to your suite directly from parking you need to go to the lobby first then take another left to the rooms .. there is no direct left from parking to your suite which is making experience not comfortable There is no arrangement and work alignment between reception staff , i called in the night before checkout asking for late check out not but started from 12:30 PM receptionist started calling me and wake me up and when i informed them they said we don’t have any idea about it .

It was okay. The rooms are a bit outdated and once I asked them for an upgrade (since it’s subject to availability) the front desk employee Ameer told me there is no availability which is quite strange since it’s a mid-week.

They informed us about the indoors pool maintenance only couple of HOURS before checking-in via e-mail. They failed to mention it when they called prior by one day to confirm the stay,which is obviously a marketing technique so that it’s too late to for free cancellation nor rescheduling.

Clean - pool staff were so kind and respectful and smiling all the time despite working in a hot and humid weather - the room - location

I was really upset and annoyed by the staff who are working at the reception.. they are not smiling at all they look upset also we talked to one of the staff by the telephone asking about late check out and the employee was impolite, rude and not helpful

1) The design and decoration was amazing specially the Lobby. 2) the room was spacious & comfortable. 3) there was a lady who plays piano in the Lobby, she was super amazing.

1) Food: I tried the breakfast & the dinner in the room The Food wasn’t Good Enough as the food both in four Seasons Kuwait & Seoul. 2) unfortunately I couldn’t try the Japanese restaurant because of the dress code :( 3) the songs played in the outdoor pool area was annoying (it’s just my opinion)

The rooms are amazing, beach as well. Amazing location.

The spacious and clean room, along with the complementary anniversary setup and good location, made your stay enjoyable. The nice view must have been a nice bonus too!

I found the food to be disappointing and the room's AC didn't provide enough coolness, possibly due to the warm duvet. Additionally, the room felt outdated considering the price. There were some aspects that could have been improved for a more satisfying stay.

2 lamps were not working in-dining service was not as per the expectation, as I had to call twice first time the employee refused to accept the order where I had to call the main disk. I ordered chicken shawarma which was 8bd and was not good at all and not prepared as described in the menu. main entrance security was checking foreign vehicles only (non-Bahraini)! valet took really longer than expected to bring the car.

-We Got the 1st room at 4:30 pm ( the front desk offered a lunch as an apology) -we got the 2nd room at 5:30 pm ,There was a bad smoking smell at the room while we were asking for a non smoking one.we met a family by chance that had the same issue. -No welcoming treats(Sweets /Fruits etc..) -No (chocolate/tea/etc..)at the night turn down service
