This was the third time we've stayed here and (like previous visits) it was a great hotel for a getaway. An excellent room (corner suite with excellent views) with lots of space, extremely comfy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the lounge access (with snacks and drinks) was also great. We used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym - all of which were great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the souq.

No issues at all. The price was a little more than a previous visit, but we booked relatively close to the time of the visit.

it's a wonderful hotel if you're visiting Bahrain for business. Almost everything met my expectations. the breakfast is tasty. the fitness center is well equipped. the business lounge had lots of equipment, highly maintained and open for 24/7. it has a swimming pool and spa but I didn't visit them. the rooms are comfortable and clean. the location of the hotel is at the center of Manama, downtown which facilitates all services and movements around. it's my favourite in Bahrain.

surprisingly, almost nothing !!

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, location was perfect, hotel facilities were clean and modern and the breakfast was amazing. Also the view from our room was incredible. It was okay to wear a bikini by the pool as well and the bar attendant there made me such a good mojito! We also got access to the VIP lounge which had free wine and cocktails every night from 7-9 as well as free coffee, snacks, sweets, and soft drinks all day. The gym had everything you could need (squat rack, bench rack, cardio machines, loose dumbbells, and an amazing view for whole you’re working out! There’s also access to a jacuzzi and sauna / steam room which was so relaxing. We will stay here again when we come back to Manama.

Professionalism of ALL staff especially the Filipino massage therapist, forgot her name but she's wonderful!

Been frequenting this hotel since 2016 and it's hands down my favourite place to stay. However, I have noticed since Covid, they have way less breakfast options, used to be a vast array of choices but with the new ownership, it seems they are watching their budget or something because now you have limited choices at breakfast, but at least they have FINALLY brought back the pork bacon...never could understand why they removed it in the first place so glad they've used common sense and have it back on the menu, but could definitely improve by having more breakfast options in all food choice areas since it's a 5 start hotel the breakfast buffet menu certainly doesn't represent that.

-Front desk staff are great, fast checkin and checkout, welcoming and friendly. - breakfast was great, with various items, the restaurant staff are wonderful. - in downtown just few steps to the old souq. -room is wide,beds are comfortable and clean. -Supervisor (Mr. Denis)at the time of checkout was keen to communicate with us and listen to our feedback to improve the level of service. - wi fi is good

-house keeping needs give more attention to the bathroom cleaning specially the toilet .

Room, bed, furniture and the bathroom was very clean and this what matters to me, also quite for a good night sleep, bed was comfy. The reception were quick and professional in completing my accommodation and special thanks to Mr. Mohammed and Mr Hussain. The food In my opinion was not that good as I rate it 3 out of 10, I did not order a main course it was only appetizers, bread was cold and I belive it dose not stand to the hotel reputation. As to the location, keep in mind that is in busy area. It won't be my 1st choice in the future as I believe the price for one njght was a bit high.

The food and to be honest I did not try any of the main courses only 4 types of appetizers, bread was cold.
