Excellent hotel not far from the airport (10 min drive ) and close to the old downtown (bab Bahrain) only 10 min walking. Just in front of the hotel there is a good mall (moda mall) and the hotel provide shuttle bus to city center mall, often. Nice place and friendly and attentive staff , above alla the director George, thanks to be attentive to my requests. The room also quite spacious and comfortable, clean and tiny. Also the food was good ( I tried for dinner ) and breakfast buffet very reach and various. The area around safe and lively even if the rooms was very quiet, overlooking the pool

My husband and I have travelled to over 30 countries - some more than once - and we have to say the omelet at the breakfast buffet was one of the best either of us can remember. Coming from Northern Canada saunas are a big deal and the sauna & steam room at the Golden Tulip were superb. Not to mention the pool that was wonderful...I'm not exaggerating. No smell of chlorine or bromine and the temperature was enjoyable. We had a list of things we wanted to see & do while in Bahrain and we were able to walk to them all from the hotel...so nice and refreshing. Think you get the idea of 'what did you like?' EVERYTHING. George, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond helping us. Over the top service!

Having to deal with those stairs getting to the sauna. Having more staff in the dining area would take some of the pressure off during busy times. The string of buoys dividing the pool made it more challenging to swim. We have always enjoyed complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

The light in the bathroom was so weak just only one light but there is no light above the shower ?!. I told the reception but he doesn't gave attention to my feedback!!! For long time ago I had requested from the room service but the food wasn't that match good or I can't feel the is fresh?!! so I decided to bring my food with me from any restaurant. The refrigerator it's seems to me almost empty so I bought some drink from supermarket. plus the soda drink was very expensive ( SR 12 for each can. Why ?!!!) TV. most of channel wasn't give clean picture + only one or maximum 2 channel of movies ?! The clothe cabinet the light wasn't work and I told the cleaner for that but no respond ?!! The air-condition I can't increase the fan power just only switch off & on ?!! My room was No. 323

I like the location of your hotel and good price but the quality was less than my expectation in general.

The location is great, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I chose a smoking room which in hindsight was a mistake as it was not as clean as i would have liked and it smelt bad and the windows are sealed shut so couldn't get any fresh air. But to be fair it was a smoking specific room so i guess it's to be expected.

Staff were amazing: professional and kind Great room: clean and comfortable I asked for a wake up call. I had left my phone off the hook the night before by mistake and the staff knocked on my door at the correct time to make sure I woke up. Generally really impressed! Next time I'm in Bahrain I'll take my family here. I asked for a taxi to pick me up at 430 am they had it there waiting for me.

Nice pool and room, well stocked with toiletries and water, bed comfy.

Reception staff poor English, location was away from bars and restaurants. Needed a taxi to get there. Airport shuttle very expensive for a group, much cheaper to get an Uber.

The bed was a great size, rooms clean, free bottled water everyday.

Not enough sun loungers and no policy in place to stop people putting towels out when they are not there.

Wonderful experience,front desk staff Sumit and Sarasi were excellent at their work, they checked us in very quickly as we were in hurry. We didn't get time to eat breakfast though.Surely we will visit again.

This was a comfortable, good value hotel. The rooms were spacious and confortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is not particularly centrally located and you need a cab to get to the downtown and the main restaurant/night life area

Everything was OK. Staff, location, parking, facilities, room, restaurant & café all good and lovely. I do recommend this hotel.

I like everything, just the SPA needs some suggestions. Hot jacuzzi is extremely hot which is not good for body. Cold jacuzzi is just normal water which should be more colder.
