The room was spacious and it had a nice decoration. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very big. The staff was friendly. Even though it was next to the highway there was no noise in the room (which was facing to the front). The hotel is located in an exit of the highway next to a gas station (which also has a small store 24/7). For this type of hotel, it exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing that we did not like. It is probably not a hotel that I would use for a long stay. For a night and in order to be close to Ghent, it was perfect. We did not try the breakfast.

Very stilish, stunning design concept, between understatement and luxury. The meals were on a very high level.

Liked the hotel very much, what I disliked was the fact that you cannt enter Gent without having your car registered with a lot of details (even if EU4 and bigher). But thats not the hotel can do anything about

Excellent situation, though maybe better for travellers going west. The hotel consistently gave the impression of being a properly professionally run hotel, with qualified staff in every department.

Elderly arthritic fingers kept experiencing stiffness - in the bedroom’s door handle and lock, in the sliding shower door, in the salt and pepper mechanisms.

The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Although you may think that it is an ordinary roadside hotel, it was definetly much more than that. Restaurant looked decent (not ate there so only the look) with a corner for the small kids to play. Rich breakfast offering also healthy choices was great. Definetely will come back again.

Close to the highway, it was noisy in the begining (road side room) but after 8-9 in the evening it was already quite enough.

Very nice hotel, doggie friendly, fantastic restaurant and breakfast - ideal for transit with a family. Quiet,if you consider it is in front of the motorway.

Light in the bathroom did not work and the door to the bathroom were tricky (heavy sliding door). There is no fridge in the room and old style radiator, rather than automatic temperature set up.

It was a very clean hotel next to the highway. Very friendly employees who tried their best to make it a good experience. I could park the car very close to my room, so I didn't need to walk far with my luggage.

There wasn't an opportunity to take a walk as the hotel was directly located next to the highway. It was very hot in the room due to the high temperature outside and there wasn't any air conditioner.

this is a motorway hotel but it is fantastic - large, clean, very very pet friendly. the lower ground floor rooms have French patio door to take dog out and parking opposite those rooms. big buffet breakfast, lovely on site restaurant

. one complaint was nothing ( at all) on dinner menu for Vegans and waiter was not helpful so My partner ate but I could not. and almost nothing at breakfast.. apart from beans.

Everything was correct. We were given a room without kettle and which smelled (smoking?), and there was no fuss about it, we were just given another room. The room itself is spacious, well furnished with chairs and additional table, and laptop space. Bed and linen of good quality. Nice terrace. The breakfast is very good for European habits and the sitting area is incredibly large (you won't have to wait to sit) with space also outdoors. Sufficient parking space. Very good hotel to stop on the way to wherever you go, nest to the highway.

What I found incredible: no fridge. They informed us that only superior rooms have a fridge... I didn't think these days a fridge would be considered "superior" but well, it was informed and we didn't see it.

The room was great, large shower cubical and a deep bath, large comfortable bed and balcony.

The complimentary drink making was limited to coffee, no tea and the cups are too small to make tea in. The air-conditioning was a bit noisy.
