Only had one night here, wish I could have stayed longer.

Good location, few minutes from central railway station, at the entrance to the historic city centre. Room is small but silent and well equipped, clean and in excellent condition good bed. Very friendly personnel. Water and coffee in the room and always at the reception. Breakfast okay but not overwhelming. Small roof terrace.

Some different pillows as in MotelOne would be nice, the ones provided were too thick for me. Main switch in the room had to be switched off at night as the lamp inside the switch was so bright that it could serve as lamp for the whole room. No wardrobe, shelf a bit small for the stuff of a multiple days stay

The staff is very helpful and polite! I arrived in Antwerp a few hours before I could check in and I was able to leave my luggage in a locker without any additional costs. The hotel is very close to the train station - about 10 minutes walk. In the same building there's a nice supermarket. The whole building is very clean. I didn't hear any noise from outside my room during my stay. The room was very nice, clean and tidy with a nice view. The hotel is in the center of Antwerp and it's close to bars and restaurants, a lot of different shops and main attractions.

The room was very clean and fresh, the bathroom had all the toiletteries and a hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great - a walking distance to all the main attractions and there's a selection of grocery shops and cafes nearby; the central railstation is really close. There's a coffee machine with free tea/coffee/hot chocolate on the 6th floor, a bar with drinks and some snacks and a terrace. There's an option to rent an umbrella for a small charge.

It would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room on arrival. There's no, which would be nice to have. The room itself was on a smaller side.

Lovely hotel right in the center of the City! The hotel receptionists were very nice and responsive. We had a very clean room and coziest bed&pillows. Free coffee/tea and acces to the rooftop terrace at any hour. Amazing view and very good coffee! We would definitely comeback to this hotel if we'll have the occasion.

The only thing that I can claim is about the noise made on the hallway by the elevator service. We had the room right next to the service elevator and the cleaning rooms and it was a little bit noisy in the morning. But anything beside that, nothing to claim.

Excellent hotel. The upside down hotel. Reception is on the 6th floor. Just push the button and they let you in. We stood for a couple of minutes searching email thinking they may have sent a code! The staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially the young man who checked us in, and the breakfast staff. Breakfast was great. Rooms are a good size, beds slightly too firm for me but I like a soft bed. Good size bathroom. Entry to the hotel and rooms are via a code entered into a keypad. No cards to lose! They also reward you if you opt not to have room cleaning daily which was nice. There is free coffee and tea on the 6th floor so they don’t put it in the room, which was fine by us as the coffee is real and not that instant stuff up on the 6th. Location is excellent. A quick 8 minute walk to the station, trams outside the hotel door and a supermarket downstairs in the same building. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Location: a minute or two away from the bus station (Flix bus and de Lijn) and Antwerp Centraal. Like, literally, in a straight line from both places. Very convenient for travellers. Every place in Antwerp that we wanted to visit was within walking distance, and there was more foot traffic than vehicular. Facilities: We were too early to get a room, but they have free lockers that we could use to store our luggage - including our suitcase. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. We were given a room on a high floor without asking for it, and it gave us a lovely view of the square! Room: comfortable, spacious, with ensuite bath, TV and excellent temperature control. Coffee and kettle were provided. Check-in and check-out were painless processes - since they use passcodes instead of keycards, we didn't even need to wait to turn in our keys when leaving. Food: While we did not eat anything at the hotel itself, there are plenty of eateries all around. We frequented the Hawaiian Poke Bowl for dinner on both nights, and that's highly recommended too! Will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Antwerp.

The breakfast - it didn't seem like value for money. There was just bread, sausage, beans and cheese. I was hoping to find some potato specialties given that it is Belgium!

The location is great; just a short walk from the central station (which is what we needed since we were staying here for Tomorrowland). Very clean, easy check in and check out. You don’t need a key, just a code to enter the room, which was perfect for us, so we didn’t have to worry we would lose the key card at the festival. Very good temperature inside the room.

We had two separate beds, and the mattresses on the bed would move from the bed frame very easily during the night, it seemed like they were slippery, so that was annoying, but everything else was great.

The room and the bathroom were perfectly clean. The location can't be any better - right in the city centre, 10 min walk to the main square and around 5 min walk to the train station which we used a lot when travelling around Belgium. Finally, for each day that the room was not cleaned (our choice), we were rewarded with a coupon that we could use in the bar at the top floor and enjoy Belgian beers. Really great hotel when visiting Belgium.

The room is very clean in hygiene and style 😅 It had a nice smell at the entrance that feels good when coming into the building. Location is great, very close to the central station and walkable to the city center. They have a reception on the sixth floor. Good system with codes to enter the building and your room without the need of keys. The shower was very good, warm and spacious. They have free lockers to leave your luggage.

The bed is not the most comfortable I have slept on and the pillow is also hard and thick (I slept better without it). Some people when closing the door, we could not only hear it everywhere but also shook our wall. Besides that we could not hear other guests while in the bedroom. It was more expensive than its branch in Gent (that I also stayed on the same trip). While booking, I didn't see anything about a city tax. If you book here on booking.com and pay at the location, the price is different because of this. No appliances in the room.
