The location was quite good. The hotel is just next to the central main station. By walk it takes around 20 minutes to go anywhere in the center. Room was really big and comfortable but the floor was not that clean. Staff was really nice, helpful and smiling always.

We go there by car and parking was 25 Euros per day. I thought it was already included in the booking but it was not. It is a lot and it should be free in my opinion. I guess it mainly like that in Netherlands and Belgium and this policy should be changed in all over these 2 countries. Really bad for the travelers. The parking place is underground parking and on the other partner hotels underground parking site. When my friend drove there, he made a mistake(went through wrong street) and the police officers give him a fine around 175 Euros. That part was quite bad experience for us.

Breakfast room very nicely decorated, seats a bit close but seats for everyone and no waiting, substantial buffet including everything although took some finding as some things in alcoves. Nice view from window of town. Staff efficient and pleasant. Well appointed room: huge effective shower, television with many channels, kettle, coffee maker and samples, hairdryer, room cleaned when I went out (very much appreciated), surprisingly quiet situation at night at back of hotel

Very unhappy about arriving late at night to find a sign on the door telling me to find SAS Radisson in order to check in and get a key card - rather unwelcoming and made me worried. Very compact room. Would have preferred a picture rather than framed words but since the words didn't make sense I cannot complain about the message!

The hotel is centrally located, only a couple of minutes away from the main station and many tram lines. The check-in in the main building (Radisson Blu) went smoothly. We arrived earlier but were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go explore the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a view over the main square and the Ferris wheel. The square can get a bit sketchy at night, with people loitering around. As there was no reception/employees in the Park Inn, it would have felt safer, if the automatic doors at the entrance closed/locked faster.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Reception lady gave me a map and showed me in details what is worth going to see in a short weekend stay Location is perfect, close to the Central Station and at the city center. Easy to walk around to the shopping street or to some sights and plenty of restaurants, cafes nearby. Clean room, comfortable bed.

The hotel has a little gym but it is not well equipped (a few cardio machines and 4 dumpbells only), for more facilities and wellness, one can go to the other Radisson Blue hotel nearby which I found not convenient so I didnt use those facilities. The room itself was clean but very small. I was mostly out so it wasn't a big problem for a weekend stay.

The location is ideal - literally just outside of Antwerp Central Station - no need to cross a road to get to the hotel. The room was small but clean and very light with adequate desk space and sockets to charge devices.

There is no check in desk at this hotel. In order to check in you have to walk 80m to the Radisson Blue. The Radisson Blue is not very well signposted from the outside so unless you really know you are left kind of guessing where it will be.

Location to the train station couldn't be better. For example, I realized my train would be delayed to the airport and that I would need to take the earlier train that was scheduled to leave in 15 minutes. Only because of this location was I able shower, pack, and run over to make it....and with a couple of minutes to spare! It made day trips easy and the metro is there to take you anywhere else in the city. The shower was hot and big. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and large.

Overall there wasn't much not to like. The only thing I can mention is that since this hotel is on the square, you can get some noise coming from it at night, especially on the weekends. I wear earplugs so it didn't bother me.

My recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Antwerpen was nothing short of fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, with the city center just a stone's throw away. The iconic big wheel and the central station are right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the vibrant city of Antwerp. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and service. The rooms were well-appointed, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. Don't miss the candies at the reception. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the prime location. Being so close to the city center allowed me to easily explore Antwerp's attractions, vibrant streets, and charming cafes. My rating of 9 reflects the overall positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel for future visits to Antwerp.

I liked everything except that the stay was short and I didn't try the breakfast.

The bed was really comfy, the TV had channels for everyone, Dutch, Belgian, German, English, French, Italian and so on. The stuff was really helpful and friendly. The room had a really nice vibe. And I even got a little chocolate and some birthday wishes that I absolutely didn't expect. So nice!!!

The mirror in the room was a little bit broken. The bathroom door was a bit damaged from the water. And some buttons in the elevator didn't work well, also the elevators show different date every time you use them but I find it funny actually.

The breakfast was excellent. In that moment, the breakfast room was in renovation, so we were installed in the other Radisson Hotel that is just 3 min walking. And it was amazing, the view from there in from of the train station was incredible. Also the room was clean and they gave us a room with a great view to the train station too, without any additional cost. The location is in the centre, and it is really comfortable to walk around.

To be honest, i liked all my experience.

The people at the reception were always very nice and smiled a lot. I liked it. The room was very nice and cozy and I had Enough space for everything. I liked the big bed. And it was very cozy in my room. I really liked the big mirror in my room and the little table. Also I liked it a lot that the bathroom was so big. U could not hear what was going on outside, no cars and no people. You could only hear the things going on outside your door. But the best thing was that the receptionist always smiled.

Sometimes my tv turned on by itself in the middle of the night. It disturbed my sleep a lot. The walls and the door are very thin, you could hear a lot that was going on outside my room. The floor in my room was sadly not that clean and there where some sticky stuff with liquid. And the last thing that I didn’t like that much was that the glass of the shower is too small. I got water everywhere on the floor and I tried to be as careful as possible. Still those are very little things and I can’t really complain because I’m the end the room was still very nice.
