Hotel right next to the train station with nice pool, sauna and gym. Rooms also fine. Internet worked well for teleworking.

At my arrival before 15h my room was not ready, fair enough, but when asking for toilets I was directed to toilets that were under construction and there was no toilet paper the moment I was there which made the arrival experience suboptimal. I could not get a drink yet either (bar was not open yet and also could not get a minibar item which they could have charged to my room but I assume their housekeeping was not so flexible, fair enough, but would have made the waiting nicer. Public starbucks was inside the building though). Otherwise the stay was fine.

The rooms were beautifully done and we had a city view. We were given another room late in the night due to noisy neighbours and the staff were brilliant in sorting this out. The breakfast was vey good in a wonderful room. We also ate in the hotel and the food was excellent and the bar staff extremely good. We also liked that the hotel had parking at the hotel as we were travelling in our own car and wanted that assurance. We loved the design of the building and internal decor/ design.

It was unfortunate tha we had very noisy neighbours with some sort of arguing going on and someone coming to and leaving the room after shouting. I didn’t feel safe in asking them to be quiet as I wasn’t sure of the situation. As I said though the staff were excellent in moving us to another room.

Clean and centrally located hotel. Underground garage with enough parking places plus at every level charger for electric cars. Lobby bar with good selection of drinks, not too big selection of food but very tasty. Comfortable bed and all possible shampoos in bathroom.

Small things. There were no espresso cups, only big cups for American coffee. Same like in many other hotels, too small glasses for juice or water at buffet and on asking about bigger glass, they couldn't provide it ?! So if you want half liter water, you have to go three times. Sound insulation on room door could be better.

Location is super convenient when travelling with kids, and with the train. Everything you need is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Room is spacious, swimming pool is nice. Breakfast selection is good. We got free breakfast from booking.com, so no complain here. Staff is very friendly.

Not sure if the staff vaccumed the floor every time they cleaned the room, because it felt still dusty afterwards and hence the need to use the slipper. Online check-in didn't work, and the manual check-in and check-out with the receptions take quite some time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient right next to the central station and close to all the shopping and restaurants on the Meir.Everything is in walking distance. Beds are extremely comfortable, lots of closet space, very spacious rooms with a nice view and very well furnished.You have an excellent coffeemaker with lots of coffee /tea/hot chocolate at your disposal. Bathroom is very spacious with excellent showerproducts, soft towels and a hairdryer. A nice touch are the bathrobes and slippers and the complimentary box of chocolates. The pool and spa area is very nice, pool is a good size with lounge chairs and a nice sauna and hammam.You get free pool towels.Everything is very clean and well taken care of.The bar serves delicious cocktails.Luggage storage is possible after check-out.Free complimentary drinks in the lobby.Staff is very friendly and professional.

A minor detail: the water temperature and pressure in the shower could be a bit better, now it was a bit weak and temperature changed easily.

The room was excellent as were the meeting facilities.

One of the elevators was currently out of service. during a large conference, this was a bit inconvenient. also, there were nice signs encouraging use of the stairs, but you cannot access the stairs properly from the main floor (due to security reasons), and the stairwell looks like a fire exit and is not signed well, so it doesn’t feel like you ate supposed to be there.

that the entrance cards for the room didn’t work twice. that when I went down a man who worked there asked for my passport, like he didn’t believe the cards were on my name, when there was not even an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. And there was a hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. The bed was great, but since we were with 3 there was an extra bed, that bed was terrible. We also had to wait very long for very crowded elevators.

The location is perfect, right next to the central station, with a metro stop immediately besides the hotel and plenty of restaurants, bars and night convenient stores a stonesthrow away. The city center is 5-10mins walking distance.

The rooms are not soundproof and the walls are (paper)thin. The interior is partly modern but partly old and would do well with an update. The climate control/AC system is outdated and the water knob and drain were kinda broken (at least in our room).

The location. It was well located for our trip and excursions.

I joined radison to gain points for future booking else were but got a lower price through booking. Com Also my room was not cleaned on our last day . We went out for the day , when we returned the bed was not made or towels replaced etc. Hopfully it won't put me off !! We never got advised that the restaurant was closed during our visit.

The hotel was clean, right across the street from Central Station. The breakfast bar was plentiful and had great gluten-free options (important for allergy sufferers). The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I requested a king-size bed and got 2 twin beds pushed together. They weren't even made up as one bed. I could clearly hear the people above me walking around with shoes on and the people next door speaking (in loud voices)
