We really liked the breakfast! It was way better than most of the 5-star hotels. Hope you will not change the quality of this! We also really liked the helpful staff. Rooms were clean and there were hardly any noise from the outside. The location was veeery good!

There were no slippers in the hotel. I understand this administration can stem from environmental issues as one-time slippers cost a lot for the environment, but we would appreciate a regular slipper with a resonable price (it doesn't even have to be free).

Truthfully we stayed Two nights we have been traveling in Europe since August 2023,This was the best Hotel that we have stayed in.The staff from time we checked inWas Kind And Helpful,Constantly asking if any thing they could do.So answer to this Question is ,This Hampton Inn Is Very Well Manged,I truthfully wouldn’t change anything!!

As we arrived in Antwerp by train, this hotel was a fantastic location - literally out the station's side doors and across a small street. Despite the reputation of most train station areas, we never felt unsafe coming and going from the hotel. It's an easy 10-15 min walk to the historic center, and very close to the diamond district. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, very clean, modern with a good-sized closet, desk, full length mirror, and plenty of plugs for electronics. The bathroom was nice and clean with a good-sized shower and better/bigger than most Euro hotel towels. The staff were also nice and helpful. We had drinks at the bar one night. Breakfast was typical, but good. While it could get busy there was always seating and food was replenished in a timely manner.

We would happily stay here again. The only thing that someone might not like would be if they wanted to be a little closer to the very center of town, but again it's not a bad walk.

Breakfast gets really busy at some times. It was clear that the hotel tried to manage it by asking guests to choose a preferred time range for breakfast and sticking to it. Nevertheless, I would urge the hotel to think of other more structural change, for instance, using more space on the 1st floor as part of it is not available for breakfast goers. Expanding the space would make breakfast more enjoyable. The construction work next door was disturbing because the noise started before 7am on some days. Although it is not under the direct control of the hotel, I suggest that Hampton tries harder to enforce the 9am limitation so guests do not get woken up or disturbed early in the day until the construction work is over.

Breakfast was good, lots of choice catering to all tastes. Choose from cooked breakfast to continental, pastries to waffles, cereals, yoghurt, fruit or toast. There is something for everyone.

Went to the bar Monday night and every drink masked for was out of stock apparently. Ended up with a coke, no baileys, bacardi or disaronno! We.pointed out the bottles on the shelves and were told they were display bottles only Went the next night and got served by a different staff member, explained what had happened the night before and she told us that she didn't know what the other member of staff was talking about as all the display bottles are actually stock bottles. Not very impressed as we wanted a drink for my birthday

I made a mistake on the booking (totally my own fault) due to the time difference. The staff was super helpful and took a lot of time to help me move the booking dates last minute to ensure that I still had a room and refunded me the extra cost. I am so, so grateful that that they took the time to do this. My room clean, comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent; it is right across the entrance of a major metro station and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The price was also super reasonable. I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly nothing, I loved my stay.

The hotel is centrally located - right next to the main train station and within a short walk from the main sights and shopping areas. The common areas and the room were modern and clean. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a fairly wide selection, consistently replenished and everything was delicious. It does get fairly crowded during peak times so it is worth picking an early slot to avoid queuing. Friendly and professional service throughout our stay. We arrived by car and there are plenty of (paid) parking options nearby. Would definitely stay again!

A small suggestion for the hotel: it would be nice to have a few hooks installed on the wall when you enter the room for hanging up coats.

Very goos location. We arrived from the train station and the hotel is 2 minutes from the train station and the metro station . Well sized rooms. Well lit and with good air conditioning. Comfortable and clean beds. Really great value for money.

The bathrooms were clean and hygienic but the shower area could have been cleaned better. Also the breakfast was okay. It can also be improved vastly. I would prefer to have breakfast outside the hotel next time.

I stayed here for a conference at the Flanders Convention Center, which is very close to the hotel. The hotel is adjacent to the Antwerp Central Station and a short walk away from all the major sightseeing spots and shopping center of Antwerp. The hotel is clean, well organized, and comfortable. The staff speak English and are very warm. Lots of dining options nearby.

Everything was good. A refrigerator in the rooms and a bigger wardrobe would have been nice, but we didn't really need these, as the weather was glorious and we spent most of our time outdoors. The room was a bit small, with no view, but okay for the two of us.

We are a young family with three kids and at the time of booking two rooms via booking.com, we asked for adjoining rooms and at the time of booking i put in this request which the reception team answered helpfully that they will try - but on arrival at the hotel reception, there was no mention of this comment / message on the system. we were put in separate rooms which was only negative thing about this trip - everything else was fantastic.

as above - better communication would have helped in our decision making and setting expectations right before arrival there.
