Great location! Steps from Grote Marte. Supermarket just across the street. Very comfortable room. Brings more coffee every day. Has a smart television so you can stream.

Forced to use a duvet and you don’t really have any control over the air conditioning. We took the duvet out of the cover and slept under the cover. Only way to get a comfortable sleep. Also had a wooden wheel that was part of the original structure. I understand why they left this in the room. Nice esthetics but I hit my head on the 6 foot wheel probably 4 times. It is literally in the middle of the room right next to the bed. Should probably remove the wheel. Maybe fasten it to the wall where no one has too worry about walking into it in the middle of the night. Overall a very nice stay.

Outstanding location - couldn’t have asked for better.

I’d looked on TripAdvisor and got a different impression of what I was going to get that what I really got. That’s not the hotels fault. I just didn’t realise the hotel no longer had a lobby, Breakfast etc. There’s also keyless contact, all done via your phone - which is fine but I spent most days worried I’d run out of charge! Also, Suite 1 doesn’t have a stand up shower (wouldn’t have booked had I noticed)

Fabulous location, literally 2 min walk from the main cathedral and where all the shops and restaurants are but it’s still very quiet. Lovely high spec and spacious apartments with good facilities and a gorgeous shower!

The appartments in general were very clean but the carpets in one of our apartments were a little grubby, it didn’t help that they were so pale in colour and although they must’ve looked stunning when installed they have not stood the test of time!

The fireplace! My partner said it's the best hotel room he's ever been in, mainly because we selected one with a fireplace but it is otherwise cosy. The location is good too.

I got daily automated emails from them for a week, quite annoying and odd. There are other odd things about the hotel too, but the room is great though so as long as you get there before 8pm and don't expect drinks from the bar or breakfast for less than 27 euros per person you'll be fine.

Great atmosphere and interior design.

Temporary fixed panel with ducttape, proper fix would take 5 minutes. Some splatter on the ceiling. No tour/explanation for the room, lots of switches and gadgets. Had to search a while to close the roof windows, no clue how the heater in the bathroom worked. Small stuff, but for this price point I expected a little more in that regard.

A special thank you to Steven, who was extremely helpful, always friendly and accommodating of all my requests. I liked the level of privacy offered and quick response time. The location was great, and the suite I stayed in was very comfortable.

The room/suite was very specious, well designed and clean. On top of that, its location made our visit of Antwerp very convenient. The apartment was easily accessed with their online key.

We couldn’t manage the airco settings by ourselves to cool down the apartment.

The property is located in a very convenient location close to all the tourist areas. The decor is very quirky and the suite we stayed in (Apt 4) was gorgeous. We will definitely be booking this suite again when we return to Antwerp next.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The room was amazing, aside from one waste bin not being changed, everything was perfect. Super friendly staff and great customer service

No dislikes, a small plate to create a charcuterie board would have been usefull for us but this was not an issue at all.

Everything was perfect... I mean you knew that it will be a 5 star hotel / service , but even more than what you would expect , the room was so comfortable , the breakfast was customized , the service the politeness the helpfulness , just made you wanted to extend your stay, which we did hahaha
