I was looking for the cheapest way to stay in Antwerpen, and i found it. The inside of the building it very artistic. We got free food in the mornings, and it was all fresh and tasty. The showers and the toiltets were kinda clean, and we always had warm water in the shower.
My room mate on the first night was super bad, he was snoring very loudly and could not sleep very well. The beds, creek very noisily so if anyone makes a move its super loud. The flooring of the building is made of wood, so that also creeks loudly when people walk around. In our room, the window would not shut very well, so the wind would open it, but we put some chairs against the window to keep it closed so it was fine.

Mostly everything. Good price-quality ratio, free breakfast, easiness to make a community... I had to stay here for a month because I'm looking for an apartment, and when I expected a bad month, it happened to be great month. Worth the visit. Great price/quality ratio. You may even make great friendships here And if you need to stay for a longer time, it's good
Weird people. Some costumers (i'd say 10% of them) are not very well in the head. But so far I haven't experienced any violence or nothing messed up, but they're creepy for sure. Nothing new of a hostel though. Also it's hard to sleep in some rooms because there's a loud bar on the next street

Good basic breakfast. Nice common area to have a tea and relax. Great central location.
The bunk beds were noisy when anyone moved even a little bit. I imagine they are not easy to make any more solid to avoid this kind of movement noise, but I found that a shame - I was almost scared to move in bed at night! Oh, and the bar downstairs was noisy until very late at night - fine if you are also out late, but could be tricky if anyone wanted to sleep early, and yes, on Saturday morning some people must have been checking out from the room next door and their door was slamming every few minutes, which after a short night sleep was sad- could door closing 'quietners' be fitted?

Best location ever. Just in the grote markt as part of the historic houses in that area. Comfortable bed and pillow. Great breakfast to be honest, I was expecting less due to the price, but there's a good variety of options to eat (several cereals, bread, fruit, ham, cheese, coffee, chocolate, jam, juice, milk, and so on). Shared kitchen with enogh cuttlery, plates and pants to cook, including also a microwave and 2 fridges to save your food. All this in a cute basement with the original old roof, and a TV surrounded by couches. Lockers inside the room but you need big padlocks to lock it right. Elevator in the hostel. Nice staff, always friendly and willing to help. I met Manuel who told me a bit about the hostel and the city, welcoming staff in general. I stayed 2 nights in this hostel and I have no complains, quite the opposite, I would come back to this hostel if I came back to Antwerp someday!! 😁👍

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the interior design and the vibe of the hostel is absolutely amazing, all the rooms have cool themes, the decor is cool, the toilets were clean, and every floor was accessible by elevator. It felt homey and lush all at once. There was a little book corner where you could take a book or leave a book, plenty of comfortable couches to chill on, and a very welcoming atmosphere.
There was no socket near the bunk that I slept in, and it was a little noisy from the club next to the hostel. Some other guests were rude, but this is of course not the property's fault.

The location is perfect. You dont need transportation for anything and its just 20 minutes walk from the main station. Very easy to to wak. There are many restaurantas close. It s amazing. The staff were very polite. The room was warm , the bed sheer clean. The locker had a good size and bathroom very comfortable.
The shower water was very cold and the room was semelling bad I think its because of the carpet.

The location is ultra central, but it doesn't get noisy during the night. The interior is great, colorful. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the music on the staircase was amazing. There is a fridge in the common area where you can leave your food. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and has everything you need to start your day. You have many private showers and sinks so you don't have to wait in line.
The only thing I didn't like is the shower mounted high on the wall. I would prefer a handheld shower head.

Within reach of public transport and located within the historical section. Friendly and respectful staff. Very good pillows and firm mattresses. Clean bedlinnen and hot showers. I enjoyed that bunk beds were separated with walls in between 2-4 bunk beds, which made sound and privacy a bit more convenient. Small breakfast but reasonably okay.
The party downstairs on the ground floor was pretty loud, and while it seemed to be okay when entering the room, the vibrations resonated through the bunk beds on the second floor. If you fall asleep easily, like me, it's not a problem, though others may find it difficult to stay over on Fridays and Saturdays. My top bunk was missing a railing to keep you from rolling out of it, thankfully I didn't roll out of it.

It has the perfect location. If you are lucky, you can get a room with a window in a celling so you can fall asleep looking at the majestic cathedral . Or you can get a room with windows facing the main square, so you can examine in detail all beautiful statues on roofs with your eyes, I mean it's so amazing! Also there is a free nice nightclub Bonaparte with karaoke on some days, so good! They have big rubber mattresses and simple metal beds, so it eliminates any chance of insects or other parasites. I appreciate it, so I can be sure I will not bring home any unwanted guests. The whole hostel is made with big care and creativity, I liked it. It was just clean enough to stay there comfortably. I really wish to return to Antwerp overnight just to stay here.
For a small price like this, you can expect some minor things, such as one or two broken lockers, some dust, but NOTHING SERIOUS: you WILL NOT SEE any insects or other nasty stuff. And it's amazing! It is really clean and comfortable

For it's price, it is a good place to stay. It is literally in the heart of Antwerp, right on the center. The location couldn't be any better in terms of being close to the sightseeings. Breakfast is included, which was again, satisfactory considering the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.
The location was good, except the fact that it is right in front of a nightclub. It is a pro and con at the same time, because although the club was fun to spend time in and experience Antwerp nightlife, the music was way too loud. Therefore it was really hard to sleep in the night, since the rooms are shared with many people (my room was for 20 people and it was around half full, so we had to have the windows open).
