Perfection location between the historic and fashion district - everything is walking distance. The property itself is beautifully designed with a minimalistic touch (absolutely loved it); the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with plenty of light. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything is catered for and well thought out that nothing is lacking. I would not hesitate to stay here again in my return visits.

The functional design of the room could benefit some optimisation - more particularly about the bathroom from the faucet sink design to the shower rack (without compromising the minimalist design of course). I can’t find anything faulty otherwise. The staff and owners put 200% into running an experience in this property.

bit noisy if the window is open water for the bathtub was not getting warm at all... need a smaller close up mirror in the bathroom roomkey was annoying : it doesn't work straight away therefore you gotta scann your keycard 5-6 times until your door can open. which also means you hear other people in the hallway beeping constantly. would expect a little more for this price

would prefer a better sound insulation due to the noise coming from the street House keeping need to be more attentive (they did not put the full set of toiletries at the begging, they did not replace the trash bag one day, they do not replace the tissue box when it became empty & the tissue box was not full from the beginning) if for example you face problem with your key to open the front door in the night it will be an issue cause i think nobody answers the phone as i tried to call in 2 occasions & no body picks up but luckily things were resolved

Everything with the hotel was perfect. The problem is BOOKING.COM

I am extremely dissatisfied with BOOKING.COM. The hotel was excellent but for some reason BOOKING.COM has invoiced me directly and deducted a credit I had with them without my approval. The hotel cannot issue an invoice for this amount as it would be a false invoice and BOOKING.COM refuse to make me an invoice. I cannot claim my expenses because BOOKING.COM refuse to make an invoice for a debit they made.

The location of the hotel was great for visiting the key sites and for bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and light, the bed comfortable and the breakfast very good.

The room was awkwardly shaped and the extra space was inadequately used - it would have benefitted from another chair to sit in and a desk or table to sit at. It was impossible to keep a window open at night because noise from the street was too much and there were mosquitoes (in October!)

Very well designed rooms. Furnishings were beautiful, modern, and stylish. Bed was very comfortable. You’re right in the center of Antwerp, short walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants. The staff made an effort to make our stay comfortable.

The hallway had a strange smell but many older buildings in Antwerp have the same.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of Antwerp and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are stylish and very well decorated.

There is a night club nearby. Even though our room was on top of a building in a quiet inner courtyard (so we could not hear any noise from the streets), we could still hear the music from the club throughout the night.

Breathtaking view! And such friendly staff!! They went out of there way to help us with whatever we needed. Beautiful room and good food. Located in the middle of the city center close to everything.

The location is in the city center which is perfect. Close by everything. But of course the city center can be busy so you do hear street noise until late at night. However view, the beautiful room and the location make up for this.

Very good location in the center. Beds were good and the roof terrace we had was great, extremely nice view in all directions. Breakfast we took was very basic and limited but it was okay for us.

located in the heart of Old Anwerp with easy access to wherever you wanna go, yes, walk... to celebrate my birthday I just couldn't do better, nice room, huge bathroom, and the rooftop terrace with great views is awesome...

radio plug was broken but I didn't go to Antwerp to listen to the radio...
