The hotel is incredibly convenient for rail travellers, being next-door to Antwerp Central station. The room was large and well appointed. The communal facilities were welcoming and the range of food, drink and seating is impressive.

We couldn't figure out some of the high-tech controls in the room. As a consequence, the ambient temperature was a bit warmer than we'd have liked, lights came on in the night and the blinds never really fully closed. Maybe that was more our fault than the hotel's!

It’s literaly in front of the Central Station. The hotel has its private entrance from the main road. The room is so brigt with full windows - and of course we enjoyed the very nice view. The bed is really comfortable. The staff are responsive with text comunication. Beautiful graffity and funny sticker in the lift Lobby & corridor. Communal space in the Lobby. Many-many things we like about this hotel.

Well, it’s a modern hotel, so intelegent with all computerize & motorize, & self service on everything. For the late ganerations like me need more time to try and error (and off course more errors !) hahaha. And the Glass-cubical toilet & shower in the room are not match our comfort.

I really liked how the hotel was so cohesive in it's house style (im a graphic designer) like the signs, their language toward the guests, how they are keeping themselves busy with sustainability. For what I got, compared to the price it was absolute an experience and clean. it's nearby the city centre and I parked nearby (Q Park century centre), 48 hours cost 38 euros.

the breakfast costs 19 euros, I think that pretty expensive (I don't think the scrambled egg was fresh) but I can understand, because of all the modern supplies they use. but the food was just okay. liked the juices and all the different drinks.

Located right at Central train station. Very convenient to come in/get out the city, and use it as a base camp for day trips (Ghent, Bruges, etc). Also all major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel shows a new concept. Looks techy and morden. Staff (called Locals, not sure why) were super friendly and helpful. Will recommend and stay again.

They use paid lockers as luggage storage instead of some storage space/room. And we were told they run out of lockers upon arrival ! (I wish I was told that when I called asking for storing luggage ). So we had to go to the train station lockers.

The room was modern and the concept interesting, but had a lot to improve. The staff was friendly (for the most part), and I really liked the bar/cafe area at the ground floor. There you could buy (24/7 it seemed) hot drinks, soft or alcoholic drinks, snacks, etc., and either take them to your room or eat them in the seating area, which was also very nicely arranged. The breakfast was also very good, with fresh bread and pastries, and plenty of vegan options (more than in most other hotels I stayed in before). The location was also good, with easy access to the train station and right in the city center.

As mentioned, the concept of controlling the room (lights, mood, blinds) from the TV was very interesting, but it didn't always work properly. For example, we would turn off the lights but could not turn them back on. Or when we could, they would all turn on instead of just the bathroom light, for example. The cleanliness of the room should also be improved. We found many greasy marks on the windows, hair and some stains on the floor, and it was also a bit dusty.

Superb location and friendly staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was lots of space for luggage and leg room. Early booking allowed for a fair price that was well deserved. The self service cafe in the entrance is well stocked for a night in as well.

It is a card only establishment, including the cafe and tax payments but they state it on the page. They also request an extra 5 euros per hour for early checkin even if it is only for an hour but no pay back for early checkout. The bathroomstalls are almost see through. Very awkward.

Good size twin room, clean, comfortable bedding and the rate per night was very reasonable. I knew on booking what the shower/toilet situation was from looking at the photos, it would be a bit intimate for some if sharing with a friend as others have commented, but the shower pressure was great and I appreciated the rain water shower head. It is a great location next to the central station and only a 10-15 min walk to the main part of Antwerp or you can easily catch a tram. I found the room quiet. The staff at the front desk were helpful. I don’t really think all the tech controls are necessary but they worked fine in my room. I would certainly stay here again if I find myself back in Antwerp.

You have to pay for everything that would normally come complimentary in traditional hotels - tea or coffee was at least €2.40 a cup and you have to go down to the lobby to make it as no facilities in the room. Even to buy a little basic sewing kit was €.50 which is a bit ridiculous - I guess this is how they can keep the room rate cheaper. Would prefer they offered a password protected, secure wifi network.

Location close to Central Station and City Center, Hotel clean, simple and hip, looks like an older Hotel that recently got renewed or maybe newly build, Staff at Check-In and Check-Out super friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Couln’t turn off the AC when I got back to the room at a pretty late hour. I called reception and immediately got Help also friendly (works over the TV) super simple actually but you gotta know… A lot of Doors especially around the Elevater/Staircase/Gym etc. had Signs that were a bit confusing, Reception was called Playground, had to figure that out but was not an issue or something bad : )

Great hotel with a nice vibe and great facilities including elevators, gym, laundry machine. Rooms are bigger than most hotels i've been to during my trip in BENELUX and France. You can regulate lights, aircon, etc through the tv. I found it simple, but if you're not fond of technology you should maybe think twice before booking. I've found it really nice that they put different bins for each recyclable material in common areas. Bravo for that!

The person who thought it was a good idea to have shower and toilet in the bedroom build with glass didn't really think it through! I had to go downstairs every time my friend wanted to use the toilet and showers because it isn't intimate at all (neither for the sound nor for the sightings, lol). If I was with my partner it wouldn't be an issue though.

Friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms, close to public transport and taxi. Me and my friends will definitely choose this Hotel from now on. It's not on the middle of the city, so it is pretty quiet outside all night. You can't hear the nightlife, trains or traffic passing by at all.

No way to open windows to get some fresh air in the morning. The toilet and shower facilities were interesting, just a box of frosted glass in the corner of the room. Make sure you are comfortable with seeing, smelling, and hearing whoever you travel with. The frosted glass panels is not really hiding anything.
