I do not understand why people do not like this hotel. I really enjoy it. The location is great, from here it is really easy to escape from this horrible city. The guy in the reception was very helpful and even spoke Hebrew. The room comfortable and perfectly equipped. I really liked the bath and the hot water and the temperature of the room. About the breakfast, what can I say? it was better then others in this area of the world. I think I will be glad to come here again , if god will decide that I need to come back to Belgium.

I did not understand how to enter the underground parking.

The place was nice. The room was pretty dark. It doesn't have any light apart from the one behind the bed frame and at the door. The bar had a very poor selection of alcoholic drinks. The Romanian people who I assume were the cleaning people were very loud but in rest everything was great. It takes approximately 15 minutes by walk to the central station so the location is convenient.

I actually would put a mark of excellent, but only the one thing was bad. My wifi was not working in any room, at the hall it was okay, but as I entered the room, no wifi. I twice went to reception, they even change my room, but did not solve the problem anyway.

Is a simple space, not to much elegant and not to much ugly. The price is in excelent balance with the value of the rooms. Thanks!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect since it was halfway to my job and center.

I could recomend an electric kettle and maybe a cooler temperature.

the room needs refurbishment especially bathroom (mold around bath), stains on wall and curtains. All would be ok if less expensive

First of all, I liked cleanliness of the room. I was working in my room and cleaning lady asked in a very gentle way whether she would clean the room. Of course, I was agree.

When you're in the hall of the hotel, it can imagine what would be the interiors decoration. At least, that was I thought. However, when I went to my room, I realised about the wall black colours in the corridor. It seemed that combination wasn't according what I've seen in the entrance.

Close to the central station and bars/restaurants. The room was comfortable. The tub in the bathroom and the little fridge are convenient. The staff was kind and available. Easy and working wifi. Everything was ok

Everything was fine. A kettle and tea bags in the room would be great though

I like the room and the cleanliness.

The service crew in front desk is nice but he always forgot or doesn’t pay attention of what he will give it to us like the key of the room and the parking lot entrance. Also the receipt. I need to asked him before he give it to me. Is that necessary? He just focus in the system not the customer service.

The behavior of the stuff was exceptional , especially Pieter the night shift receptionist who assisted me immediately when I had a specific request.
