Overall great room : very generous size room and we slept very good due to a good bed/mattress. Breakfast buffet 👍 Constantly hearing all kind of birds chirping was just great! Need to add though that our room was located at the back / side of hotel with great views of the direct green & nature.

Customer service of the male staff. He never gave us a smile nor did he bother to ask how our stay was. He didn't make us feel welcome. The mini-fridge in our room no. 21 could do with a replacement as it didn't cool properly.

Excellent facilities, very pleasant gentleman greeted us on reception, free parking outside the front door and a very good breakfast, the coffee and pate were excellent.

Arrived but sadly told that the restaurant was closed for dinner. Excellent to have a coffee machine in reception but no matter how hard I tried I could not make a cup of coffee. Maybe leave instructions next to the machine.

Breakfast was excellent. The most impressive was the guy that worked on all positions (reception, kitchen) with such speed and enthusiasm that I would hire him right away😀. The location as close to Rock Werchter as we could get.

Smart hotel with good breakfast.

Bar and restaurant closed which meant we had to walk (1km) to local restaurants. Not a massive issue, but would have been better to have in-house options.

Its very quiet n peaceful in a great setting. Large comfortable room. Being disabled they very kindly gave us a room on the ground floor close to reception.

Nothing to dislike

Quite area away from city. Great area and restaurants nearby if needed. Superb breakfast , above and beyond expectations. Thank you for your hospitality

Hotel located is easy accessible. At the same time it is located in nice, green area. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was good. WiFi is fast and works well. Highly recommended for short stays.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. I asked for quiet rooms close together and our needs were met. Rooms were large. Beds very comfortable. Lady who checked us out lovely.

On arrival no one on reception. My husband found a gentleman who was not as welcoming as he could have been! The same gentleman was exactly the same at breakfast the next morning. A little off putting.

Lovely country hotel. Big and cozy rooms with beautiful views. The cleaning was spotless. The bed very comfortable. The service was fantastic. We arrived on Sunday evening and they don't have front desk service on Sunday evening, but they arranged everything so we could do the check in and even had prepared our breakfast so on Monday we could enjoy it before leaving, because we were leaving soon.

Staff were great. We cycled and there was a place for bike storage. Very accessible for the cycling network so ideal for visiting Plankendael and the Hofstad Strand. The comfort room was very basic, but clean and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 child. The price was reasonable for booking at the last minute during August. Plenty of restaurants (high quality) in the area and Keerbergen and Rijmenam are close by (cycling or car). Margherita Restaurant was great (high quality italian food - not pizza) and Pizza Square was ideal for good priced pizzas etc.

Be aware of the number of mosquitoes in this area. The hotel does have mosquito window nets which is definitely needed! If you are sleeping at the front of the hotel with windows open, you may need earbuds as the road is busy. To make this a true 4 star hotel - better quality bed linen and thicker towels would have added a bit of luxury!
