The hotel is located in the city center and everything is close by. The rooms were nice and clean. Friendly staff. Goog breakfast! I will definitely book this hotel for next time.

There was this minor thing. The flags on the outside of the building were making a lot of noise because of the wind. The metal part was rotating, which kept me awake most of the night. It sounded like a door that kept opening and closing.

Great position. Very comfy beds. & gd breakfast

I checked with the hotel. Before arrival. That the balance would be paid. For the triple room. By 2 ladies that uses it. On departure. ! They said that was fine. Rather than bill my card. That I reserved it. For them. That I booked it on! So I was very cross that when they went to pay on leaving. 1.6.23.& My card.... Not theirs. !! Had already been charged on 28.6.23..!! .so all my 2 emails. Prior to trip. To hotel Aragon. Went unheaded. Dispite them saying that it not a problem!.so that had put me.off reserving. For freinds. Now. On my.card! Hopefully you will pass this on to the Hotel..! Thanks

Excellent location close to the market place but surprisingly quiet. We had a lovely spacious room in the hotel annex. The staff were both friendly and helpful - from those on reception through to the breakfast room staff and cleaners - all very good. There was a great choice of breakfast options and the staff replenished them regularly.

Hard to say but they could perhaps do better on green issues - towels were changed when we had hung them as requested and there were tiny plastic bottles of shower gel etc which many hotels have now replaced with wall mounted pump dispensers.

Stayed 2 nights. Lovely welcome, room very nice, good size and clean. Very good breakfast buffet, no restaurant. Good location, very easy walk into town.

Parking is very limited at hotel- only 6 spaces and 30 Euro per day. (must be booked) There is a multistorey almost next door so I would use this if there again, not least because the entrance to the hotel carpark is very narrow and awkward. The spaces are also small. On departure day both lifts were out of action transporting mattresses! The stairs are spiral and not the easiest to walk up/down. This also meant 4 spaces were out of use in the carpark.

First of all, what an excellent breakfast! There was a wide variety of options including but not limitede to omelette, sausage, mushrooms, beans, cheese, vegetables, crepes, fruit, yoghurt, cake; and they were all amazing. The location is perfect, all touristic attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel has a private parking facility, but there is also a public parking garage (Interparking Brugge - Biekorf) just a 1-minute walk away. The room was extremely clean. The bed was quite large and comfortable. We will definitely stay in Hotel Aragon again on our next trip to Brugge!

Just a minor comment: It would be nice to have an electrical outlet on either side of the bed.

the staff truly were excellent, very friendly and approachable. The lobby was clean and always smelt lush. The location was excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Good value for money

stayed in the building around the corner - it was a bit tight in the corridors and lift for a family with pram etc… also very annoying lift that closes very quickly and ends up hitting the last person getting out. large rip in net curtain. also booked a second room for the in laws in the main hotel - exec double with balcony , unfortunately the balcony overlooked the car park which was a big let down. The pillows were very thick/high so ended up sleeping with no pillows in the end.

A very very good hotel!! We stayed 'days, and had a room in the annexe, located a few meters from the hotel. Spacious room, very well equipped. Very good bedding. Parking in the courtyard of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. It's been a long time since we've had such a good breakfast: very large choice, and very good products (a mention of bacon, very crispy!). A very friendly mention for the staff, whether at reception or at breakfast. Very professional, efficient and friendly .... above all do not change anything!. In summary, a very good address, located in the heart of the city of Bruges. Highly recommend it, and we already have where to book for our next stay. A big thank you to the whole team.

This is the fourth time in as many years that we have stayed at The Hotel Aragon. The location is just off from Make square in a street that remains reasonably quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is always good. There are 2 small lifts servicing the 4 floors of the hotel but, if you don't do lifts, the only other way to the higher floors is via a spiral staircase which would be a challenge to any one with mobility issues.

Noise from car tyres on the cobbled front street can be heard from the rooms at the front of the hotel.

Modern, tasteful, impeccably clean hotel with heavenly bed, wonderful breakfasts, attentive and helpful staff. Perfect location in a quiet cobblestone street just blocks walk to the main square, restaurants and tony shopping. Had a little balcony for two where we could sip our coffee made with the complementary room Nespresso and pods.

Nothing to change. Perfect in every aspect! We travelled by train but for those arriving by car be sure to pre-book a parking spot in the small but secure courtyard of the hotel.

February 2023

The location was very central but just far enough off the main square to be quite. As such easy to get a good nights sleep and very handy to get where you want to go. With regards to the room it was well appointed, while somewhat compact everything was quite comfortable. As for breakfast we did not partake but it did seem to be quite expense for a standard continental breakfast.

We didn't find much to dislike however if we had to pick anything then we would have to suggest a cheaper breakfast option. They could have a better selection in the residents bar (very little to choose from, although you can go around the corner to choose from over a hundred beers) and the bar time closed very early. The doors closed early and you had to ring and get the night porter to let you in which was a bit annoying for you and probably the night porter. Apart from these minor niggles everything was fine.
