The room and bed were very comfortable; complimentary tea and coffee in the room; very helpful staff at the reception; good public transport connection during the week (not weekends), the bus stop is just in front of the hotel; excellent breakfast (fresh juice); good meeting room in the non-private area.

- A bit far from public transport during Saturdays-Sundays (it is 10 minutes on walk, that is OK during the day, but not evening as it is an industrial area) - No dinner and no information in case it is not served (although they propose a pizza delivery as an option) - There was no hot water on one morning - Wifi was very good in general but sometimes slow - Can be a bit cheaper, as we paid a lot for one night

The reception staff were friendly and helpful both times we stopped here. The lounge area near the bar was quiet and comfortable for relaxing in during the evening. The beds were really comfortable in one room but less so in the other. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were appreciated, The No 78 bus leaves from outside the hotel every 20 mins during the day and takes you to the Gare du Midi for minimal cost which was ideal for us.

The situation of the hotel was not what we would have ideally liked but we were pleased with how things turned out. The chairs in the bar area were a bit tired looking so we used the lounge area instead. Not a problem!

-Location is inconvenient but not awful - a 30 minute bus ride away from the city centre, but the buses don’t run on weekends -Some of the equipment was faulty: hair dryer didn’t work and shower was leaking from the side

A decent-sized room with sufficient facilities, that was clean and neat. The staff were friendly and were able to make some accommodations for us. we were traveling during a heat wave, so having a fan in our room was a huge plus! The location is ideal for anyone using a car, but manageable if using public transport.

Neither of the plugs for the bath or sink were working, and there is no mini fridge to keep any refreshments cold.

The staff were always so kind and friendly. The location is not too close to the city center, but if you bring a car, that's an advantage, there are buses just outside to the hotel that take you to the city center. The breakfast is fair, well you are in Europe, don't expect a nice buffet, good enough to start the day. You can stay with your dog, with no problem and no extra cost, so that was perfect! You don't need to pay extra for the parking! The common areas were nice too but i didn't have the time to enjoy them properly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room was clean, the visible parts. They need to put a bit more attention on that. But was nice in general!

no elevator, had to walk 2 floors up. No air conditioning to cool. Far from downtown and difficult to reach (need to take 2 buses).

Comfortable parking, cleaned room

Location - not safe in the evening, no soap in the room, rude reseptionist - he forgot that i was a client.. Not working restaraunt on saturday, the nearest one is a greek place-about 5 km, dont go to Protocol, the hearest one-service and attitude is not good.

Good value for money, the location is close to the highway and parking of car is free. The hotel accepts pet (our cat was happy there). They provides tea, coffee, sugar in the room along with water heating kettle. Check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00 times are very nice.

Location: This is just outside the Low Emission Zone, as my car does not meet the LEZ requirements with a Daypass of 35€. I was allowed to park my car in Hotel and Took a Bus to City Center. Info: I had to walk 15min for the Bus Stop.

There is No Lift available in the facility and I didnt find any No formal Rezeption

Location was a big plus and easy access from motorway. You can park and leave the car then take the bus in front of the hotel going to the city center. Staff were friendly! I would like to give them a big thanks for finding my ring which almost got lost. Everything you need for a decent stay is provided. Will consider staying again if I’m back in Brussels. 😊

Breakfast did not meet our expectation for the price paid but well advised by the hotel staff due to covid.
