The room is spacious and comfortable, close to the interconnecting train to Brussels city center

No small refrigerator which is not convenient when we buy some thing which needs to put in the refrigerator

The reception lady was very nice and the room was clean and functional , the location was good for me as I had to drive to Lille and starting here was perfect as I avoided all traffic

As in most hotels, unable to open a window to get some fresh air, but this is not particular to this hotel, it's a common trend today

The rooms were very nice and clean. Great we can bring our dog. Breakfast was good and very good value for money. Personnel we met were very friendly and helpful.

Due to the location, directly on the highway we felt a bit insecure. There were cars with people in it parked for hours under our window. A bit scary.

we had a disabled room, there was dried toilet paper stuck to the folding chair in the shower. we didn’t need it so we didn’t care too much and the rest of the room looked clean enough but it does feel like they missed a few spots whilst cleaning.

The location is really close to P+R and free parking right in front of the hotel, hence it is perfect for a family travels with a car. The value for money is good and the room is quite spacious.

The bed ia a bit too soft for my liking.

The gentleman behind the service desk was brilliant. Catered for all my needs easily. The hotel was central to everything I needed to do.

Nothing really to point out. The bathroom was a little tired.

Just looking for an overnight along my route. It is right off the motorway which was perfect. It was what one would expect in terms of amenities and welcome and breakfast. It was very good. I didn't stay long enough to have an exceptional experience.

When charging for breakfast didn't ask whether I wanted the less expensive continental breakfast or the buffet and let me know he charged me for the buffet before I was to pay. Small thing but would have preferred he asked before he prepared the bill. (pay upon arrival).

Nothing to complain about. What's really important, they accept pets. That's very important for us, since we travel with our dog everywhere.

Everything was fine. But we had a problem with the bed. It might be just us. It was very soft and we are not used sleeping on such a soft mattress. We like the ones that are more rigid. The ventilator in the bathroom was very loud and ours got stuck and didn't stop from working. The reception offered another room, but it wasn't the case, since we were leaving in the morning.

Staff at the reception was very welcoming gave us a brief of what to do in the city and recommended the best way and place to park in the city.
