The hotel is located right next to the botanic gardens which is a nice place to start the day. Room was clean for the most part although there was some fluff under the writing desk when I moved the mini fridge. Shower was clean and served its purpose once I figured out how to operate it (it was indeed retro...). Breakfast, which I only had once during my stay, was basic but reasonably priced at 15 Euro's (which for some reason they did not charge). Internet was good.
The double bed was split in 2 (which is normal for these kind of hotels) but the edge of the two mattresses was really stiff so that it was actually painful to role form side to side. Good thing I was alone... I believe there is an option for fresh omlet for breakfast (at least I saw a small kitchen with a stove next to the breakfst room) but this was not offered and so I did no have one (but as I said I was not charged so really can no complain). The location is a bit off-center and it would take you up to 20 minutes to walk to busier area where most restaurants are located, so not ideal for just popping of to town.

Basically expected not much due to reviews - but the place left a very good impression on us. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious - all necessary was there (small fridge, hairdryer, modern shower, big mirrors, and a Very cozy bed!). Overall the style of the hotel spoke to us - many cute retro details in the lobby and the interior. The place is very close to the city center and just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Botanique gardens - give it a visit! We rested very well at the place, though the upstairs neighbors were seemingly competing in the sprint with a cat :)
The view out of the window was sadly very not picturesque - some trash next to the tree. But since we stayed for one night only and did not spend all our time next to the window - fine with us.

Very nice location, close to tram, subway, and city center. The room was nice and clean and reasonably priced during hot EU meeting season.
The room was on the smaller side and didn’t have amenity such as tea and/or coffee. The sound isolation is pretty bad in the building, you could hear your neighbors in the corridor at night. For light-sleepers better bring ear plugs.

Close to Brussels North train station. Bed was comfortable and big. Very clean. Fridge a big plus, even with water bottles provided! The hotel sent two emails prior to my stay warning that there was no air conditioning. This was for me not a problem as I knew it would not be warm. However, the room was on top floor and would have been really unbearable without AC. There was a device in the room, but apparently not connected. I forgot to ask for an invoice at check-out which was promptly sent to me by email afterwards!
The location is at the edge of a not-so-great area (but outside of it!), so taking the shortest route from the train station may not be the best option - rather use the main streets which are fine.

The hotel has a fresh look and young vibe. The staff is nice and helpful. Room was nice and although it had windows fronting the boulevard, we were not bothered by noise. Location is close to the center, it is a 15 min walk to it. However, at night time, you need to be careful and watch out as the neighborhood does not feel the safest, but I can say that for us whole Brussels seemed that way in the night time. Good value for its money and I recommend it.
Only thing that seemed strange was that their POS was not working and we were directed to pay at a different POS in the store near the hotel, but it worked out just fine like that.

Cool vibe in the hotel - room was larger than expected, bathroom was good, and bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was 10/10, very friendly and also helpful
the extra furniture in the room felt a little cheap (like the desk, chairs, etc), but not a deal breaker. Didn't have water bottles or towels in the room, but not a big deal, reception sort no problem. One thing I thought odd was - in the hotel information book in the room, it said they had a laundry service as an extra. when asked about it at reception, they were like... no we don't.

First of all, the location is great. All major Brussels attractions (besided Atomium) are accessible by foot. Staff was also very insightful and polite. Our room was cold but the girl at the reception imidiately checked our radiators and went into the Boiler room to fix the problem. After comming back from short walk radiators were hot. Great looking room, with big windows and privacy shades. Always hot water for showering.
Queen size bed and two single sized mattresses. Not a big deal maybe but for us it made sleeping hugged a bit uncomfortable. Cleanliness is not the best. When we came we encountered some popcorn on the bed's headboard that we left as we found it and even after room cleaning came (we think that they've been 3 times for our stay), popcorn is still there. Under the bed is also dusty, bathroom wall tower radiator is also not cleaned at all. Overall, it is 7.5/10

I personally thought the room was huge for its price, and so was the bathroom. It was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such a busy street. The window was soundproof and we definitely noticed a difference, when we kept it open vs. closed. The hotel was near a subway station, but we hardly ever used it, because it was also just a quick walk from all of the major points of interest we wanted to see. A good place to stay, if you don't have a lot of time in Brussels, like us. You'll be able to get around easily.
It was a bit off-putting that we had to go around the street from the lobby to the entrance of our room. It was in a different building. We also felt like there could be more power sockets near the bed. But it was nothing major, just tiny inconveniences! We consider our stay at the hotel as being positive. :)

Spacious room, much bigger than I expected and the bathroom was even more so. Beds and pillows were just perfect. Elevator was a very welcome addition. It was more like a one room apartment instead of a hotel room. Location is also great, having access to Botanique subway.
Air conditioning wasn’t working or I was too technologically illiterate to get it to work right in the middle of a 36 degree heatwave 🤷♂️ And it could get a bit noisy on the outside during late hours, but that is not entirely the hotel’s fault.
