I recently stayed at this hotel, and one of the standout features was its proximity to several bus stations, providing easy access to all the popular tourist spots in Brussels. Additionally, the presence of an elevator was a welcome convenience, especially since my room was located on the 4th floor.

However, one aspect that I found slightly inconvenient was the absence of air-conditioning in the room. Consequently, I had to resort to keeping the window open to enjoy a cool breeze. Unfortunately, this meant that street noise from passing vehicles and the lively ambiance of nearby pubs and cafes occasionally disturbed the tranquility of the room.

we had a big room and it was clean, city centre easily accessible even on foot, friendly and helpful staff, overall really good for the price.

security issues. some people who were staying at the hotel got robbed, the burglars went inside without any issues. the shower wasn’t good - the curtain was too short and the water was pouring out when showering and when you’re done there’s a puddle in the bathroom. the area was also kinda loud at night. Also the door to the room was old and i feel like someone could easily open it without the key.

It is a basic hotel but it was clean and comfortable. I had a very big room (even I was only one person), heating system worked well, the bathroom was simple but new, clean and with hot water. Close to the center and the neighborhood seemed safe. The price was cheaper than similar hotels (it is Bruxelles, the hotels are, in general, expensive).

The reception is in another building very close. Not a big deal.

Location - We really like the location. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel door. And for those looking for halal food, there's one pizzeria just right in front of the hotel, opposite the street. Facilities - The facilities were good. There's a table in the room to do some work and the toilet is quite big. Cleanliness - The room was in a good condition when we arrive.

hotel is not far from the city centre and well connected through tram line. Reception works around the clock. Room was very spacious. Very good street food around the corner.

room was in 2nd building (not where reception is) but this is just a minor inconvenience. Street side wall/window insulation could be better.

It was suitable for my need.

The evening staff, a guy was not helpful at all. I asked for some directions and he refused help. Kept telling me in English that he doesn't speak English only French!! And he spoke good English! Very unhappy with him...The owner...a lady in the morning was excellent...always smiling and ready to help.

A good sized room, comfortable bed and clean sheets. The floor was also very clean. Lovely shower facilities and with lovely hot water. There was cable TV with a good variety of channels. Nice all round.

Not much to not like! There was no electric kettle and tea making facilities. But not a big deal.

The room was clean and tidy. The radiators were working and kept the room warm the whole night (it was a very cold February night). The bed was very comfortable and I slept peacefully. The shower room was also clean and the water nice and hot.

For the price, not much to not like!

The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. Our check in and check out was easy, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the hotel for a while after the check out. We enjoyed our room and breakfast.

The elevator seems to live its own life: a few times we were stuck there for a bit, a few times it refused to bring us where we wanted to go.

The hotel is easily accessible; close to a train station, tram and bus stops. It is in a busy street with eateries and a bar but wasn't noisy. The room was large with two single beds and one double bed. The bathroom was also large and the facilities were always clean.
