Gorgeous property! The lobby bar and TOPE (rooftop) are spectacular for a drink or food between travels around Belgium. Lovely room and very comfy bed with amazing rain shower. Very cool vibe and friendly staff!

While we loved the hotel it is in a bit of a strange location - felt quite uneasy walking around in both the day and night! Appreciate it’s in a trendy and “up and coming area” but saw quite a few questionable/troubled individuals around which made us feel unsafe at times. Particularly as access to the hotel you had to go down poorly lit backstreets, through tunnels or through the park. Didn’t experience this in the main town or on previous stays to Brussels, but was something we saw a lot of whenever we returned to the hotel. It’s a lovely hotel and some nice spots nearby but would recommend not walking around by yourself (particularly with suitcases, we made this mistake! suggest taxi to/from the airport or station) and keeping your wits about you around the hotel.

The property was stunning. We arrived on opening day and you could still smell the paint. The rooms are beautiful and Oh my goodness, PINK SINK! The shower was fabulous and such good pressure. The beds were comfy, although the pillows were a bit too floopy (yes, floopy!) so it was a little difficult to get comfy because there wasn’t much support. The décor throughout the entire hotel was immaculate: the rooms, the lobby, the bar. Stunning! The staff were very friendly. The girl who helped us check-out gave us a bottle of water each after we said we don’t fly until later that evening which was nice.

The location distance-wise to everything was good. However I wouldn’t walk to Grand Place for example from here. We did on night one and passed by what felt like a really run down area where there were seemingly sketchy looking characters. Could be wrong, but didn’t feel totally safe walking here. Definitely get taxis to the places you want to get to from the hotel.

Lovely hotel- the decor and the atmosphere in the lobby, the rooms, and the bars were great. The room was comfy and very clean. The rooftop bar was a highlight and had great views.

Whilst the hotel is in walking distance of the main attractions and close to Brussels Nord station and Rogier metro station, the area that the hotel is situated in felt very unsafe and we did not feel comfortable when leaving the hotel. The service in the bars could have been improved as well, we often had a long wait to be given menus or to order drinks.

Great hotel: stylish, clean, comfortable, non pretentious, great staff, delicious coffee, disruptive location (setting up the stage for a neighborhood transformation), great views. Super recommended.

Toiletries and amenities could be improved. Location is not the safest in Brussels, and you're advised not to walk around at night.

The hotel is welcoming and beautiful, lots of interesting design features, furniture and lighting. Great art on the walls. The room was really cosy, comfortable chair, amazing shower. And great views. The common areas, like the restaurants and lobby were really great to hang out in. Really lovely drinks menu and decent coffee to grab for a walk in the park just outside the hotel.

The pillows were not the greatest, they let the otherwise perfect bed down. An extra comfy chair in the room would have been good too, as we had to take sitting in the one we had in turns 😂

I loved the decorations and atmosphere at the hotel. Besides that, the staff was really nice and welcoming! Loved the attention to detail everywhere. I was so impressed with the view from the hotel room, absolutely stunning. I even got a free upgrade and that was absolutely amazing, loved it! The bathrooms were also very clean and modern. Loved the entire feel of the hotel. Hotel restaurant had a superb breakfast, worth every cent. The coffee was amazing, as well as the Peruvian inspired dishes, so delicious. I love this hotel and will stay there for sure if I'm in Brussels again. It's also a highlight to my short time there.

I didn't like that you could only pay with card in the hotel. They don't accept cash at all, not in Restaurant, not in the Lobby. Everything has to be paid with a card. That's not so bad, but I didn't know this beforehand and was expecting to pay more with cash. I also stayed there two nights and no one cleaned my room the after the first night, not sure what that was about, but I didn't see any information about how often they clean rooms. It wasn't the worst for me because I think it's more sustainable and was only there two nights, but this could be frustrating if someone has a longer stay.

This is a new hotel based in IBM's old European headquarters next to the charming Jardin Botanique. The redesign has been carefully thought about and my room was beautifully designed, with lots of thoughtful touches and a respectful nod to the town's design aesthetic. The building is shared with WPP and the rooms are on the 13th floor upwards, with a ground floor reception area which is nice enough to hang about in, with a bar, a coffee area and seating outside. There is a roof-top bar, but I didn't go, nor did I eat at the restaurant, which has an open kitchen, again on the ground floor. I did have very delicious pastries. The room was perfectly air-conditioned, and you get an amazing view.

Nothing to see here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable (I did book quite a long way in advance and stayed three nights, which may have made a difference). I was given an upgrade, with a bigger seating area, which was appreciated.

Wow, we were wowed by the entire experience. Firstly, the staff. Belgium was very warm while we were there and although we had a beautiful room, the air con could not keep up to the heat. The engineer, Salomon did his best and even took us to the rooftop restaurant to cool off while he tried to fix it. When it was evident that it would not work, Redouane, from the front desk personally checked out an alternate room for us and moved us in. Every staff member we met gave us the impression that we were solely their priority and our satisfaction was their reward. We appreciated each of them and thank you Amelie for answering all our questions with smiles. There was nothing about the hotel that we did not love. The - cool and quirky atmosphere. We loved the comfortable 70’s vibe lobbies. You could sink into a chair or sofa and have a creamy cappachino from the coffee bar with a book, or you could open your computer and work while listening to great music. It felt like your own home. - the rooms are upscale and very well thought out. The shower was literally the best. The bathroom black and pink. A retro radio was softly playing when we stepped through the doors. The bed and bedding very high quality. Floor to ceiling windows with great darkening curtains. Unfinished concrete walls added a great vibe. - we ate upstairs at the Spanish style rooftop garden and had authentic delicious tacos. We also had dinner at the Peruvian restaurant downstairs and it was amazing. To top it off this hotel chain makes goals, reports on the progress of their goals and, works hard to achieve them. They are very green - bottles of water and milk for coffee in the room, no plastic. They strive to help their community in real, hands on ways. We could not have been more impressed. Thank you for your uniqueness and your dedication and excitement for every day at your job.

No biggie but a small set of drawers would have been handy in the room.

Very nice and clean rooms! The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular, especially at night. The decoration and atmosphere are making the stay really special. The staff was very friendly

Everything related to our stay was amazing. We had just a small incident with one of the employees at the roof bar, that we hope that is just a misunderstanding. Around one hour after our arrival there, we have paid our drinks and the waiter thought that it was ok to keep the rest (6 euros) as tip. It was uncomfortable to wait there for sometime while people were standing, waiting for us to leave and take our place. We had to call him back at the end and he was surprised that he had to bring us the money back and let us decide if and what we would like to leave as a tip, but he finally did it.

Every staff member was super polite, kind and helpful. It was the first time I felt so welcome at the hotel. The vibe of the hotel is unique. If you love stylish interiors, you will feel pleased. I managed to relax and slept like a baby (greetings from a stressed light sleeper). Everything was super clean. I truly appreciated having a steamer in the room to iron my shirts. Great selection of art on the walls. I loved the hair shampoo. It worked well for me. The radio was amazing! I wish I took the picture because I miss this device a lot. I felt so relaxed thanks to the music, totally to my taste. The view from my hotel room (the 20th floor) was mesmerizing. The location of the hotel is very good. In general, I felt like the queen during my stay. Thank you for making my birthday even more magical!

I did not like that my stay came to an end haha. It was really hard to leave! Pro tip: if you want to create great memories on the rooftop, try to book your table in advance.
