Room was fantastic and very chic. Excellent bed and covers. Spotlessly clean. Location is just outside of city centre near to bars and cafes. Breakfast, help yourself, worked great and likes the big jar of water in the room. Great bar to pick up a late cocktail. Restaurant looked great but did not try this time Check in and out was fast and simple on the computer and all information was sent before checkin Tip. If like me you checked out then remember you left keys in room don’t worry as key still worked!!

Few more coffees or a Nespresso in room. Windows could do with blinds as either neighbors see you getting changed or it is pitch black Tram was a pain at 7:00am with hangover but that is hardly the hotels fault..

We really liked the hotel, especially the interior is very nice. Also the location is perfect, lots of nice breakfast places and bars in the area. A little bit out of centre but a nice walk to other parts of Ghent.

We didn't really understand why there wasn't a door between the bathroom and the bedroom itself. For us it didn't matter much but I can imagine it is not great for everyone. Other than that we could hear music from the restaurant from the outside speakers until late, and after the restaurant closed we could hear people cleaning up and so on after midnight.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fabulous location. We stayed in room 2 which was in the old part and loved the combination of old wooden beams and contemporary decor. Check in/ out was very easy and a small complimentary breakfast including very good coffee is also included The rooms are above a reputable restaurant, but we didn’t try this time. Parking right outside at a reasonable cost by metre

nothing it was beautiful- the narrow stairs treads may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues or impaired sighting but we loved their character

It was a really beautiful and big room! We read some reviews before we left, and we could see that the hotel had done things to improve. In our room we had a toilet in its own room and they have gotten a towel rack :) The location is really good, but it is still quiet. We didn't need to talk to any staff, and the check in and check out was done on a digitally. Very smooth!

We found stray hairs, but otherwise the cleaning was good.

Nonam was incredible! The Owner greater us and made sure that every detail was perfect. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant and it was our favorite meal while in Ghent. The chef is world class! The location is perfect and the entire city is walkable. I would return and I highly recommend Nonam.

Their was nothing that we didn't like.

Just such I unusual decor and layout, mixing the old and new . Loved the painted concrete surfaces a pleasure to spend time indoors. The only oddities , a toilet without a screen or door.. an option of privacy might be nice. Our towels were changed though as we stayed two days was certainly Not necessary. We didn’t know we landed so on our feet , would have loved to sample the restaurant too but didn’t even know there was one . All in all fabulous. Question : did you name the hotel no name? Cos u couldn’t agree on one ? Snd struck off the e? Best frr fr on daniela

The location was ideal: close enough to the city centre, while being quiet at night allowing a good night's sleep. The staff were most helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and compact.

The breakfast included a choice of breakfast cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Coffee was available with whitener etc It would have been nice to have had fresh milk available for the cereal and coffee

Really liked the self check-in / check out, a bit strange in the beginning, but it went so smoothly you wonder why no other hotels do this. The rooms were very cosy. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Tuesday, so I will definitely come back on another day.

There weren't too many channels on the TV, but with so much to do in the neighbourhood and the free wifi, that wasn't an issue.

Amazing location, beautiful building and the room itself, comfortable and perfect for our one night trip to Ghent. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Breakfast amenities for a quick snack were a nice touch :)

A slight inconvenience was the transparent door in the bathroom which may be difficult if you're not traveling alone due to the lack of privacy.

The location and rooms were amazing, although a bit strange having no door on the toilet, it’s all open plan!

It’s a little difficult as it’s not a manned hotel and even when I tried to call one of the numbers we got no answer so ended up having to bother the chef to help us with a couple of questions. He was extremely helpful thankfully!
