The room was reasonably spacious with comfortable beds and a nice garden view. There is a nice pool and a great sauna in the hotel.

The kitchenette in the apartment was not equipped very well, the buffet breakfast was a bit too basic.

The room was large and comfortable. It had everything needed for a family's stay. There is a small kitchen with everything necessary even for 5 people. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Cleanliness is at a high level.

If you go skiing, the location is good. It is very close to the lift (500 m.). However, if you are like us on summer vacation, the distance to the center is long (> 1.8 km) for walking. You must use your car. The parking lot is small. Do not count on a free parking space. If there is a paid one, it was not offered to us. The last 200-300m of the road is gravel and all the way up.

Nice hotel, in a bit remote location but close to the forest. The apartment was spacious and with tall ceilings, with a kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel territory is well kept and beautiful, with a small playground on the premises. We enjoyed our stay overall. The breakfast could be improved, it's quite basic, and the coffee from the coffee machine was particularly disappointing. There's an option to order coffee at the bar for an additional fee, and it tastes better.

The pool area is a disaster

The apartment was generous in size. It was clean and very quiet. It advertised as being ski in/out but it is not. But there was a complimentary shuttle service back and forwards to the gondola which was efficient and reliable. The gondola is about 3/4 mile from the apartment - about a 10 min walk. The apartment is location is quiet and peaceful but is a short 5 min walk to the main streets where there is a great selection of restaurants, street food and supermarkets. The staff in the apartment complex are very helpful and friendly. You can get very cheap ski hire at the apartment complex. The food at the apartment complex was good and was good value.

The fireplace in the Livingroom was fantastic, 20lv charge for a small basket of wood, maybe worth bringing your own. Large spacious apartment. 10min walk from Gondola. The price of drinks in the bar were very reasonable.

The lighting could be improved in the lobby and spa to help with the atmosphere. Current lighting make it look cold and vacant. The bar closed around 19.30 each night unfortunately. A game of billiards cost 5lv which is extortionate.

breakfast not starting until 8am- for us wanting to go skiing early it made it tricky! leisure facilities eg gym, swimming pool etc opening late (11am)- would have liked to use them earlier in the morning.

It's a big hotel with a nice garden. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and it was perfect for 3 adults and 1 child. The pool and spa were great. The staff was OK and friendly.

The hotel is located a little far from gondola and center. We were there in extra ski season, so we don't know exactly, but they probably have gondola transportation. The breakfast is not so varied.

staff was very easy and welcoming. parking spot next to the entrance, spa and sauna is well equipped and working till late hours. room was clean, quiet, and clean. big balcony, and nice small kitchen.

there was problem with the internet, and it did not seem to be isolated for the room. the room lacked enough electricity outlets. some of the kitchen cutlery was apparently not provided. nothing sever actually.
