Staff was frequently, very clean, you get a ski room, a free drive to the ski zone, drivers are polite and friendly. The apartment is huge, very, very comfortable double bed, well kept and clean. Location is good, close to gondola lift. Free parking on site. All in all a very positive experience.

We stayed at the one bedroom apartments 60m2. Although it's advertised having a fully functional kitchenette, that is not true, as guests are not allowed to prepare meals at the apartment. So why choose an apartment to stay in when you are not allowed to use the kitchen? If we knew this, we would have booked a room, not the apartment. Breakfast is eatable, but nothing that can be labelled "exceptional".

Beds are super comfortable, room was big and had a balcony. Food was very good (we had halfboard). The possibilty of spa was great (pools, sauna..). Bansko is very near, by car you can also reach the mountains above Bansko.

Surouding buildings are demolished, but that is not the hotels fault. However, saunas could have 15 degrees more..

Great all-inclusive package. Tasty food. Perfect location, near to the city center and ski lift. Free parking. Huge room and very comfortable beds. Very good spa. Kids play area.

Should have more staff at the spa and pool area.

The wellness area was OK. The staff was really kind and helpful. The fact that you can buy ski pass and rent from hotel is a plus. They provide you with free transport to the gondola lift from hotel every 20 minutes.

The walls were so thin that you could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. Your could hear kids playing all day and night in the corridor. The breakfast was not eatable. There was only cheap food and quality was really low. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment of this hotel. It was an overcrowded buffet, and the restaurant area is really outdated and definitely doesn't give you the idea of a 4 star holiday place.

I liked everything seriously but one thing that really made my day was that the first day that we were supposed to arrive, we went really really late. We went to the hotel at 3 in the morning and we were so tired and hungry. When i went to the room the dinner was left at our room table and it was so thoughtful of them because we really needed it. Felt so good and so relaxed. I would recommend this property to everyone

The staff is super friendly. The room is very big (actually there are two rooms in the apartment with bathroom and a small kitchen and a TV). I liked the restaurant in the hotel, swimming pool and the possibility to book different massages and manicure/ pedicure. The staff were super friendly- they helped us to book ATV, shared some information about local activities and booked a taxi for us.

On the fist day there was some local parties in the area, therefore in the night it was a bit loud. Therefore, I would for the future check with the hotel administration their recommendation about when it is better to come to make sure that you will enjoy a calm stay.

Spa was a great bonus, after a day of hard riding on the mountain nothing beats a great jacuzzi, a steam room or a sauna! The kids Loved the Swiming pool and my wife wanted to try the massage treats but was happy relaxing in the quite rooms with the heated marble seats

Food was great and really varied. I honestly never ate so healthily while enjoying it and my diet genuinely improved as a result. The spa was also really nice with loads of different saunas and a steam room.

Breakfast needed to start earlier. We skipped breakfast most mornings in order to avoid the gondola lift queue. The morning we had breakfast at 7.30, we got to the gondola at 7.55 and the queue was insane. At 11am we gave up and took a minibus. If breakfast was at 7am it would be ideal. The life guard was a waste of space; he was rude and inattentive, standing out in the corridor miles from the pool. He seemed to resent that he had to be there at all. Also the hot tub needed cleaning as there were loads of 'bits' in the bottom of it and the water looked murky.

Great facilities, very nice breakfast , walking distance to the ski lift. The apartment was good. Spa and swimming pool was excellent. It's a nice hotel, good for families and people who would like to enjoy ski.

We booked an apartment with a kitchen/living room. They had glasses, plates, spoons, knifes etc. We wanted a small pot to warm some milk and there was not something like that in the kitchen. We asked from the reception and the restaurant and they informed us that it is not allowed to cook in the apartment. They told us that there is a room service and if guests use the kitchen nobody will order from the restaurant. So, why do they have kitchen facilities in the apartments ? I really felt very awkward when they told me that. They charged us 20 BGN per day for our pet. I think that was too much.

Incredible value for money. The room we booked was huge, much bigger than expected. Breakfast was great - they had everything you could ask for and more. As a vegetarian I didn’t struggle to eat well - there were so many options. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of times - again there were plenty of options. The swimming poole/spa was nothing special but perfect for a quick dip/sauna at the end of the day. Free shuttle to get to the gondola was great.

Location wasn’t the best but we chose this hotel as it was the best value for money.
