Facilities for children, room was very big, location, pools and animation team.

All inclusive drinks were from the brew, food was not very healthy and tasty, all inclusive services were not available in the Aqua Park, paid extra for games in the reception

Pool areas, nice view, lots of activities for kids. Perfect for families.

Food and drinks quality could be improved. There are 2 restaurants but the second one was open for only 2 meals, even though the hotel was almost full. It got very crowded at meal time.

The location was fine and pretty big, so people can walk around

Apartment was great, food ok but repetitive.

Wi-fi was not working properly in all areas. Even in apartment there were rooms were no wi-fi acces.

We liked the accommodations with sea and Infinity pool view. 😍 We appreciated the aqua park entrance , the variety of salads and sweets was surprisingly good. The icecream was a big plus for the kids and the singing fountain was very nice. The transfer to the beach was very helpful.😊 The room was big and clean! The entertainment crew was very nice. Lots of pools to choose from. Nice view from the terrace and amfitheater. Lots of outdoor activities to do_ tennis, soccer, walking...eco trail is a good way to start the day- but is not for the amatores! 🥴

Missing vanity kit ...☹️ The working hours of action park are when the sun is up in the sky🌡️🌡️🌡️...maby is suitable a different program: 8.00-10 .00 am and 6.00 - 8.00pm - is very hot during the day, up there.🥴 We didn't have the information the we need to bring umbrella for the beach ⛱️🤔 The last shuttle to return to the hotel is 16.45 !!!

The food was very tasty, the pools were very nice, although the water was quite cold. The apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms and the towels were changed daily. Nice facilities to spend time: sports court - tennis, football; childern playgrounds.

The room was dusty when we first checked in. There were no shades (some kind of shades at the windows, but like inexistent) at the windows so the kids woke up together with the sun, the pillows were very uncomfortable. They did not change the sheets at all during a 7 nights staying and the cleaning was very superficial. The kitchen was totally unequipped, we only had a small fridge and a water boiler.

The space from our room it was verry good. Sufficiently diversified and well-placed pools. Very, very large terraces and balconies. The fact that there is an ATM right at the entrance to the complex was a good thing. However, although there were some shortcomings in the organization of the staff, a pleasant stay. A place where children will feel very, very good.

The cleanliness is not very satisfactory. Made at the wrong time and in a hurry. Many ants in the rooms. Food not very diverse and repetitive. The great distance from the beach makes it impossible to walk. The fact that no tourist wore masks against COVID and that a minimum distance to self-service is not observed.

I like the infrastructure and how well maintained everything was. I like the rooms, spacious and clean, exactly like in the picture. I like the fact that they delivered what they promise. Decent, fresh and diverse food.

The beach was kind of far and reachable by walking (eco path), personal car or resort hourly vans. Also Adora beach has a stony entrance in the sea so water footwear will be a good idea.

All meals excellent. Cannot fault them on food. Staff excellent. Only a mini break so brilliant for us. Did the zip line and 6D cinema ,,,, neither part of the all inclusive but both really worth doing.

No diet coke or decaf. Coffee, but I lived :)

We have been here 5 years ago, it was good at that time but it was great this time! There are so many improvements: heated pools, aquapark with warm water, food very good (especially mussels every day). We enjoyed so much! The room had view, it was good size (S210), the restaurant was clean and had many options for eating, indoor pool had jacuzzi included and was fabulous (I like warm to hot water and this pool had it all). Goodbye presents: bottle of wine and a "12 years" cookie. For sure we will come back!

The only minus is for drinks, and we are not drinkers :). Except water, nothing was good to drink, juices like "Cola, Fanta...were not what was supposed to be, coffee ... no good. The beach is still far away, small and not attractive. Zipline did not work. In our first day there was invasion of ladybugs (not property fault) and was very annoying.
