The food. We had food poisoning and stood in bed 2 days.

- The proximity to the sea - The room was nice, large and had a nice view, even if it was one with a partial sea view - Towels were changed whenever we needed it - Food was good and varied

- Being on the top floor, the toilet was making some weird noise from time to time - The room could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in (spider webs, spider at the windows, windows should be wipped better)

the food in the restaurant was good; the location of the hotel (being very close to the beach); spa and relaxation facilities

the wifi didn’t work in the room; the draught beer was awful (tasted like it was mixed with water); very difficult to communicate with the hotel before arriving there, with impolite approach by the person whom I speak on the phone with (it is discouraging and make you wonder if it is a proper decision to come there or cancel the reservation)

I liked this hotel because I found a good price for the services I received (130 BGN/room/1 night/all inclusive). Is is a new hotel, clean, very good services, very nice internal pool and exceptional SPA. I recommend this hotel in the low season when you'll receive a very good value for money.

Avoid room 323 because is located under the Gym Room and there is a lot of noise from the Gym Room. The personnel that is cleaning the room during the day is the same personnel who is cooking in the evening… this is not ok as anti-covid measure! The food is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Just fat food, there is no gourmet food, there is no natural juice. The wine is fake, no fresh pizza. On the beach, in front of the hotel, the entrance in the sea is rocky and difficult and the water is rich in vegetation.

This place has something special. It is the second time we come here and we enjoyed every moment. Good food, great views, intimate location (quite different than the other very large all inclusive hotels in Bulgaria).

We liked absolutely EVERYTHING! It was not our first time here and won't be out last. We LOVE it ! Usually, we go out of the main season, and this was our first time in summer. So relaxing. The food was excellent and the staff amazing!

There was nothing I didn't like but have a couple of suggestions. There was a list of allergies for the food, but only in Bulgarian . English or/and Romanian would help. Also, I do have several food allergies, and it would be good to have some some gluten free bread available. As I say, just a couple of suggestions.

A big problem is access to the sea . As the hotel added to its title "free beach" it is normal to take care of all aspects of the beach, including possibilities of taking a bath in the sea water ,in fact the main reason for which people are going to the seaside. As I mentioned after my staying of last year at this hotel it is almost impossible to take a bath in the sea in the hotel area There is only one stair with very slippery steps ,full of slime. I am sure that it can be found a way of cleaning them so to make everything perfect here.

Amazing hotel with great food! We stayed there 2 days ago, the food was very delicious and various, different on every meal, a lot of salads and main meals combined different cuisines! The rooms are clear and big enough, they have a free beach and Spa access, even if the weather is not good for a beach, there is an inside mineral water pool in the spa centre, very polite and professional staff, amazing sea view from the terrace! In total, a perfect place to relax, have a good food and enjoy the summer! Recommend!

The resort was very confortable. The rooms were clean and they were cleaned daily by personnel, who were also changing the towels and bedsheets. Food was amazing, with different menus everyday, although they don't have a lot of vegan options (for example vegan milk for coffee), but it wasn't a big deal. The staff was friendly and well trained, especially Bojan from the lobby bar. The beach is an artificial one (because there is also a harbor nearby) so the water wasn't always very clear. You can find a natural beach (a wild one) not very far from there which was amazing!! There are also some souvenir shops in the hotel and around it, but you need to have mostly leva in cash. If you have a car there is a free parking 5 minutes away from the hotel and another one where you have to pay near the reception entrance.

They should pay more attention to the 'leave the towel on the sunbed so that no one would take it' unwritten law for the beach because not everyone likes it.

222 / 5000 Everything was perfect. Very spacious room with front sea view was a dream. Very comfortable beds. The food was also very tasty. Exceptional hotel location. I will gladly return!

Romanians! I'm not kidding ... totally lacking in style, there are many Romanians who are insensitive, noisy and uneducated. They put their towels on the sunbed on arrival and take them from there on departure, thus "reserving" the sunbed for the entire stay 24/24. Lack of good sense! The hotel is splendid, a pity that it is populated by peasants.
