The view is really amazing and breathtaking. The staff was very friendly to us.

The neighbors were too close to us. The balcony separation is absolutely transparent. And I saw what I wouldn't like to see. The breakfast was good but the same all 3 days without any change.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Park Hotel Panorama. The room was a nice size and had an amazing mountain view with a full sized porch. The bed had a new orthopedic mattress that we found super comfortable and the pillows were also high quality. Fast & reliable internet and a nice desk and chair for doing office work. This hotel has 50 rooms and it has all the amenities we needed, but was personal and friendly. The staff are top notch and looked after us the entire stay. This location is literally on the mountain side and it makes for easy hiking/skiing. All services were open and we had a filling breakfast every morning to start our day. Highly recommended!

We had been travelling at various hotels the past few days before we arrived in Bansko. This was our first time in Bansko and really had no idea where to stay. I chose this hotel as they said it had a nice view and close enough to the ski lift and restaurants. We do not ski but just enjoy the views. This hotel really touched us we were so comfortable and happy with the view that we decided to book another night, cancelling a hotel in Bansko that we had previously booked. Both dinner and breakfast was well presented. The gentleman and lady at reception were so friendly, helpful and chatty even speaking English to me which was well appreciated. We will be back!!!

The only thing I didn't like was that for a double bed they had only 2 single blankets. Not really comfortable and nice for a couple.

The location., from which you can easily skip the huge gondola queue, going straight to the first chair lift (Mosta), or to the other ones from above. The stuff and the manager were very nice, friendly and helpful. The were clean, warm, with everything you would need.

The food was good, but it was not so diverse. The pool has warm, clear water, but some small pieces of mosaic came off, and if you are not careful they can create injuries.

The location was good. Could see the mountain from our balcony. There is a ski/snowboard room to leave your equipment after a riding day. The free SPA has both dry and wet saunas, a big round swimming pool and possibility for massage (extra charge). Free transfer to the gondola between 8-9 in the morning and return trip from the gondola between 16-17.

Although the food served at breakfast is the same everyday, the taste of the ingredients could be improved (the tomatoes for instance were quite bland). The wet sauna was not working when we visited.

Had a lovely stay at Park Hotel Panorama. The staff here are exceptional - very friendly, courteous and respectful. The restaurant manager in particular was excellent, no issue too big or small. We were upgraded on arrival to a superior size room which was a nice surprise. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa centre has a nice size swimming pool and sauna. The steam room was turned off although I’m sure could’ve been turned on if requested. The breakfast had a reasonable selection, we also had dinner one evening. As vegetarians the choice isn’t huge but we enjoyed what we ordered. There is plenty of parking around the hotel. We liked that it was 1km from the centre of Bansko as it was quieter. It’s a 15 minute walk down the hill to the main area of restaurants and bars.

There were signs for a jacuzzi but we couldn’t see it in the spa area (although we could’ve asked a staff member). The restaurant was extremely busy on the Sunday morning so we had to share a table with others. Perhaps some smaller 2 person tables could be arranged. (The Monday and Tuesday morning the restaurant was very quiet)

Many thanks again to the friendly and helpful staff ! I had a ski accident, had to spend a few days in the room, mostly in bed and everybody was very proactive and helpful in making my stay as pleasurable and easy as possible.

The room was very comfortable despite the lack of heating. The sauna was nice. The room had a bath tub. The view was great. Beds were comfortable.

The swimming pool had stuff swimming in it. I didn't mind the cold water, but there was literally foam on top... The breakfast was rather plain - a piece of bad quality processed cheese, one french toast, unpeeled egg, small canned meat patty, 2 pieces of cucumber and tomato, a few olives, imitation orange juice. It was brought as a portion.

Location was nice, though I got the room that was not facing the mountain. I rated staff experience nice because massage lady was amazing, 10/10, everyone have to go for a massage. Best part of the stay. Receptionist was also very welcoming, but was trying to charge me a little extra for the massage.

Receptionist tried to charge me extra for the massage, I’ve asked twice to figure out with the lady what was the price I had to pay but I suppose they didn’t remember to do so. Restaurant at the property is slow and all food tasted and looked the same. I ordered meatballs but they were looking more like cutlets. All the rooms need a good renovation. At my room sink in the bathroom had a crack in it, not even sure how that would happen. Balcony fencing was a little broken too. Chairs at the balcony were old too.
