That was my third stay at this hotel, and I intend to be a regular guest for the further visits to Sofia, because I can’t imagine a better place for myself. Its location is exceptional, a five-ten minutes’ walk to all the main sights, it’s quiet but there are a lot of nice places around to eat or entertain. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are super comfy, there is a bath tub and the bathroom itself is roomy too. The personnel is friendly and helpful. This time I came for a concert in the Philharmonic Hall, and had only two hours to get changed after arrival. It turned out my dress needed pressing and the receptionist arranged it in no time, even though it was around 6 pm. The lady who did the ironing was very considerate and it was ready in ten minutes. They saved my evening:) I really feel at ease in this hotel every time.

The bed is simply heaven on earth - breakfast is very good especially compared to other hotels which are still applying limitations on their choises due to covid hence less travelers due to the aftermath of Covid or that's at least what they say. The receptionists were all simply amazing, helpful and kind.

Don't try the complimentary pistache nuts, you will not sleep till you find a place where they sell them, that stuff is addictive as hell lol.

Excellent location to explore the city on foot. The double room was very spacious and had an incredible view towards the Vitosha mountain. The hotel catered for my request and I got a quiet room with a balcony on the 5th floor. (508) Bathroom with bath tub. L’occitane products provided. Breakfast choice was plentiful. Kind reception staff.

The curtains and window were dirty. I advice the hotel to check the electrical plugs in the room,some were loose.

The location was great, 5 minutes to the subway station, parks, stadium (as we also attended a concert) so we had everything we needed really close by. It was great to have also underground parking available, even if we had to pay extra, but it was a great option not to look for other services. The room was really big and clean, with a great view over the park, big and comfortable bed, it was perfect for our stay.

The Crystal Palace is in a lovely location, in a relatively quiet part of the centre of Sofia and less than 10 mins walk to the Cathedral. It reminded me a bit of Holland Park/Notting Hill Gate areas of London, with parks and Embassy buildings. The restaurant was excellent, with the outside covered area particularly nice. Breakfast was also very good, and staff very pleasant and helpful.

The location is superb. It's quiet, yet all the sights, some parks and great places to eat are at a walking distance. The bed and the pillows is super comfy. The layout of the bathroom is very convenient, and the room has a bathtub; the amenities are from decent brands. The room is clean, there is a good selection of teas in the tea corner, and the minibar is stocked well. The room is really soundproof, very much appreciated. The staff are friendly and considerate, every one speaks proper English. This hotel checks all the boxes, by and large.

It seemed as I'd been charged twice, but the first sum returned to my account in three days. It's common practice with many high-rate hotels. The receptionist was so kind as to attempt to have one sum unblocked earlier. It didn't work out, but I appreciate the consideration all the same. This comment goes here just for information that there is no actual double charge, as some people claim in their reviews.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception desk very pleasant. Good location.

Breakfast was poor, eggs cold, bread choice really bad. They run out of stuff, even though hotel was empty. Staff incompetent. Started making tables for lunch during breakfast time and moved us to some tiny table they left. A bit pricey for what you get.

Cozy, clean, big room, very comfortable location, couple of minutes from a metro station. Staff was helpful, although most of them seemed angry and not happy to see their customers being around. The breakfast were fresh and tasty.

Sometimes it seemed that staff was angry just by seeing us walking from the lift to the restaurant.

Very comfortable hotel, in a stunning leafy neighbourhood. It’s the perfect location - very central but very pretty and close to parks, so great for walking. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had L’Occitane brand toiletries! The wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable and the shower-bath had good water pressure. They have underground parking which is hard to find in this area.

Stayed here on NYE with my daughter. Fabulous hotel, superb room with balcony and amazing staff. The gentleman who showed us to our parking space was especially helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!

Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.
