Excellent location in the real center of Sofia, near different embassies and next to the Egyptian embassy and the Crystal garden. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the nice art interiors. The staff is extremely polite, kind and helpful and the people at the reception create very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They really care about their guests. Strong WiFi connection in the room which was important as I used the room for work. The SPA zone gave me opportunity to relax after the working tasks. I will definitely stay here again.

The moment we walked into the hotel we loved it. The woman at the reception was nice and lovely. We walked past the corridor and saw a swing, so we thought 'oh great, we can take some pics on it'. We got a room with jacuzzi and no window and little did we know that there was a swing in the room, too (wink wink). All in all, great service, great place, great value for money, well prepped amenities and location. Defo will stay there again!

I didnt like that at 12:07 they knocked on our door to tell us to leave the room, checking out time was 12:00. I mean every hotel give at least 30mins in advance of the time, and we got 'told off' in only 7mins....

Central location- lots of tourist attractions within walking distance. Hotel is also situated within walking distance to two metro stations. Room was spacious. Loved the decor in the room showing off old style houses in Bulgaria. Shower was very powerful. Access to spa was a great bonus although we didn’t go prepared. Building was nice and warm throughout. The bed was very comfortable - both me and my partner had great sleep. Our room was looking over “Crystal” garden/park so it was very quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful pointing us to the nearest shop, pharmacy etc. TV had lots of channels in various languages. Liked that toothbrushes/toothpaste were put in the bathroom for us to use which is so handy. Room was cleaned daily. Vending machines at the entrance of the hotel. Would love to visit again.

Not enough hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom lacked a window/ air con so it did get very steamy and wet following a shower. At some points it was difficult to get the wifi- it kept disconnecting but that could’ve been the location of the room and too many others trying to use it at night too. Last two nights we were woken up by an alarm next door to us at 6am - it kept going for ages. Not sure if our neighbours were away and had forgotten it which was annoying but we were just unlucky with this. Would be nice if the hotel also had breakfast options.

The spa was a great bonus. The room was quite big and very clean, we had everyday towel changes which we really appreciated. The reception staff was always super friendly and helpful. Wondeful view of the park, really central location. Everything was within a short walking distance.

The spa and the bathroom smelled musty, probably need better ventilation. The way the bathrooms are built is not very comfortable. You can hear everything that's going on in there and the sound is even amplified. There's no sound insulation. We could hear very clearly what the couple(s) next door were doing, all of their discussions etc, even with earplugs on. Given that the hotel has a younger clientele, we found ourselves waking up whenever they would return from an outing, after midnight. To be honest, this is the main reason we are hesitant to visit this hotel again.

Not my first time in this hotel. Everything was great as usual :) Very cozy & comfotable room, with big Jakuz, in great location in the center of Sofia. Close to everything. This time wanna also mention the receptionist (forgot her name) who gave the best C/I experience & and have the kindest smile :)

Just couple tips for the hotel management / owners: There is some small (but important) things that can sooo improove the whole ex[perience of staying in this hotel. - Extra garbage can in the living area (and not only the bathroom). Evevry time you need to throw something you need go to the bathroom. - Extra place to eat. There is a small table with only ONE chair. The room is for couples, not singles. The other person wanna sit / eat also. The room is soo BIG and there is mych space to make it even more comfortable without investimng a lot of funds in it.

The location was ideal especially for the price. The free food tour (Balkan Bites) which we would recommend started from just outside of the hotel which was a plus. Vending machines for snacks/food were out of service but some good local restaurants recommended by the staff. The spa was a bonus which wasn't expected. All in all, would definitely recommend. Nice place in a beautiful city.

Literally only downsides were the Wifi signal kept dropping and weirdly you have to walk through the shower to the toilet. Wet socks if someone has just been in the shower. Not a reason to not stay here though.

I can't remember the guys name on reception, he had a Bulgarian name (bald young guy, maybe late 20's, early 30's, about 5'5), he was amazing, he made our stay EXTRA special. He went above and beyond for not only us, but all guests. Nothing was too much trouble, he told us the best places to go, to eat and to enjoy ourselves. He was very funny and spoke exceptional English. I love the free spa! Definitely something to be desired after each long day. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is on your door step, you don't have to travel anywhere. It's an incredible price for what you get. It made my holiday extra special! I must say, for a hotel, the beds were very comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows as they only gave 2, but they put them in my room with no fuss at all. The cleaners come in every day and clean and tidy your room, they do an exceptional job! The way they make the bed for you, is like stepping into your hotel room for the first time everyday! I loved it! It wax my birthday and the hotel wrote out a sign to say happy birthday and got me a bottle of wine amd chocolates! It just topped off my whole holiday! If you get a room with a spa bath, it is AMAZING!!! We had 2 rooms, one with a view and another with a spa bath, it really was best of both worlds. Thank you everyone at Central Point Boutique Hotel. I LOVED every second! And I must say, that random swing in the foyer was so much fun!!

You get 2 single duvets instead of a double, not a dislike, but it was new to me haha.

The room was a small, nice, and clean. The location was very close to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and around 10-15 mins walk from the City centre at Vitosh Street. The spa facilities were also nice.

These are all very minor things, that did not negatively affect our say here in any way. There wasnt a lot of lights in the room. And the bathroom is not super private as the walls are made of (opaque) glass - nothing it visible, but there isn't a lot of sound isolation. The worst (but still very minor) part is that the only light in the bathroom was strange, shifting between colours and thus it is quite dark and hard to see exactly what you're doing.

All staff in the hotel were so helpful and nice, we felt welcome from the first moment of arrival. The room was very spacious, with a great city view and a huge window. It was cozy to sit there with a cup of tea and look around. The location is perfect, very close to Sofia's sightseeing, so it was really easy to get around. SPA facilities are small but great, clean and quiet, and really relaxing. SPA and massages were also fantastic - it was my birthday gift to myself to try one of those and it was one of the best experiences ever. Thank you so much to all of your personnel to make our stay so amazing!

The location was perfect , close to all central streets , 15 minutes from Vitosha boulevard. "Happy" restaurant is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.LIDL was very close as well . A few bars around Reasonable price for the room The receptionists were very polite and helpful

Not a good isolation . And we couldn't use the spa because the massagist wasn't available (need to make appointment in advance) and the spa center was open until 6pm . Usually tourists come back to hotel after this hour .
