Location was not very good but for its price is perfect. Also you have multiple options for transport nearby. Small terrace.

The car wash, which is attached to the hotel starts work around 8 am and the entire room was vibrating because of the machines.

Very well maintained, in heart of Sofia, perfect location, very close to public transportation or to catch a cab and be in downtown/center in no time. The restaurant staff they were all great with bringing dinner, drinks, ice to the room. We had the delux room with 2full very clean bathrooms, very comfortable king size bed, living room with mini bar. The area is very quiet and great to rest and sleep late, no matter they are very close to one of the schools. Walking distance to many mini shops, and South Park if you have kids with you. Hands down very good experience!!!

Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It's perfect for couples and is very well located, close to bus stops, to the center and to South Park. There are several coffee shops and a shopping center, pharmacies and a gas station nearby. The hotel is equipped with a car wash. The price is very reasonable.

There were neither a restaurant nor a bar or a garden at the hotel. Also, there are no rooms with terraces/balconies, contrary to what Booking says. However, the rooms are equipped with big windows in French style.

Room was spacious, and very zen; very quiet location.

Too far from downtown, airport and central bus station; taxi charges from the airport were around 30 lv…lots of traffic and traffic jams…felt like I was going to the end of the world; ride took forever. If I new that I would’ve paid a bit more for a downtown hotel and be there faster and cheaper. If you choose that hotel and want to save a bit of money, take the city bus…not far from the hotel though. Overall…good hotel in a not so good location. No receptionist after 20:00, and if you arrive after that time, you will need to use a side door entrance and self-serve yourself, if your room key is left on the reception desk.

It was nice with a good location and the stuff was very nice as well plus the balcony was really big I enjoy my time there.

Only one situation happen in the morning I've asked for a coffee one girl came up with the coffee and I suppose to pay immediately and as a tourist I don't have cash so I've expected her to bring the card reader to pay by card she said that she doesn't have it with her now I told her but I don't have cash so if you can bring the card reader and come back I will be able to pay and then found her really mad doing weird reaction with her face as It was my mistake or something then left and came back with the reader. My friend wanted to call the hotel and complain but I told her no need didn't wanna make her a problem but was planning to mention it here.

This is an excellent budget hotel with better than average rooms for the price. Very large comfortable bed, exceptional shower with toiletries and a small fridge. There is parking available but you need to compete with the car wash business, we found a space. At the moment reception is only operating 8am to 8 pm. The receptionist is helpful and was happy to call us a taxi. We will stay here again.

There are no breakfast facilities and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Not even a public coffee machine in reception. There are plenty of cafes locally.

The modern look inside of the hotel, including room. Very friendly staff, even with my weak Bulgarian (only know three words) where really helpful and supportive. Car wash next to it, which is great if you rent a car and want to return it clean:-). Very clean room.

No restaurant but taking into the consideration the size of hotel and easy access to local restaurants, this is not a big issue. Do not expect any nice views, as the hotel is close to block of flats, but if you just need accommodation, this is a perfect place to stop.

The room was very spacious. I adored the fact that It had 2 bathrooms, and the main bed was very large and comfortable.

Due to the fact that the room was under a car wash, we would often get woken up very early in the morning by the sounds of the pressure washers. I also didn't love the sofa bed, it was quite uncomfortable. The room also could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was great value for the money. It was also a bit cold.

Property was very spacious with so much space for our whole family. We had “one room” booked but it came with a whole flat that fitted 3 adults and one young child. Very close to Yuzhen Park and central Sofia.

The lack of staff after 8pm is unusual occurrence for a hotel of this rank. However, the hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed and our room was ready on arrival with the key left at the specified place.
