- i found it embarrassing for the hotel to charge around 30 Lev for 1 day for the Parking because we made the reservation through Booking. We booked a suite, and it is ridiculous to charge customers for Parking. Its also sad to receive information that for other customers which book directly with the hotel the parking if free ! In other words if you book via booking you are paying for parking which makes no sense at all and is unacceptable Very pathetic policy and a reason for us to never visit this hotel again when in Sofia

Rooms are amazingly large and impressive. Spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended although potentially rather expensive compared to other properties.

The only hiccup to this property is that access to the Spa (eg swimming pool) is NOT included. A pass for 3 hours can be bought and it is not cheap. Reception accepted that Booking.com mobile app does not state this in their small print and it is through the app that I booked this property. The property must be fully transparent as to this additional charge because it causes significant disappointment.

Spacious room, lovely hotel bar, and the spa was excellent

There’s an additional €40 charge to use the spa which seems a little overpriced - would have expected a discounted or complementary spa session for guests. The staff were lovely, however I did somewhat resent being charged €8 to simply provide me with some ice in the room.

Should more clearly written that use of swimming pool.is 40.euro.per.person. Everything else is perfect.

It’s a really lovely hotel True 5 🌟 I’ve stayed in lots of 5 stars svs this was up there with the best. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Our 2 Rooms were very large and had everything we needed. The bar on the 29th floor was lovely and quite an impressive view across the city. Prices weren’t too bad either for a 5 star. The pool is not included in the price of the hotel which was something I’ve not seen before. We had to pay for the 5 of us to use it but tbh it’s an actual Spa so that’s why. We did all use it at €40 each ( 5 of us as a family) & it was a nice experience very relaxing. Location is good you can walk to the restaurants. There is Not much in Sofia generally but there is an area where there’s lots of places to eat & drink.

Just could do with some more free water in the rooms and a bit more milk / tea bags for the stay.

Very very friendly and supportive staff. We received a complementary upgrade upon arrival, the room had an amazing view towards the vitosha mountains. Breakfast was good, would recommend to book it inclusive to the room rate, otherwise it’s close to 25 euros. The gym was great too - good up to date equipment and spacious. Last but not least there was a secured basement parking for the car and the concierge delivered the car to the door whenever required. Great service. Will definitely stay there again when we visit Sofia again.

There is a spa and wellness area, which unfortunately was not included in the hotel rate, but only accessible with an extra charge. Didn’t try it.

I had an exceptional stay at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the city center, making it perfect for exploring Sofia. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the views are breathtaking, especially if you opt for the “High Above the Sky” package. The staff were extremely professional and accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive early check-in, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, featuring a wide array of fresh vegetables, fruits, pastries, and other delightful treats. I was truly impressed by the quality and variety. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Sofia. Highly recommended!

One minor downside was that access to the spa, saunas, and pool was not included in the room rate and required an additional fee. It would be great if these amenities were included in the price for a more seamless and inclusive experience.

The hotel is great. The rooms are instantly big so big you can play mini football. The size of the bed was also big , the cleaning staff did a great service, I didn’t find any hair left in the room from the previous residents ( i almost find hairs every time I visit a hotel). The breakfast was tasty and we had a bid selection if food to eat. The staff was friendly and eager to please us. We also try the Chinese restaurant and the Mediterranean restaurant , food was great and value for money

One of the best hotel i have been, perfect hotel with excellent room with great views. The spa was great and very relaxing. The customers service was excellent I would like to mention Antony from the reception and Ina from the spa who made us feel what a vacation at the highest level could be asked for. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent and the league distance from the main routine. In conclusion, highly recommended, we returned home hoping to return to Sofia in the future and to this hotel in particular.

The room is super big and clean, the location is quite good as well. If you came to here for gambling, this is the best hotel to choose:)

As a family we chose the hotel because it has indoor swimming pool, but it required to have extra charge, the notification is not quite visible with the description on booking, and no specific price indication as well, what I can tell 40 euro/person with small pool, you can find any better swimming pool than this in sofia.
