We are a family of 3 (parents and a five year old) the restaurant was clean, situated on a fairly quiet street walking distance from the center. The reception staff were quite friendly and breakfast was great.

We stayed here for three nights and the room was cleaned the first morning we went out for a stroll, but the second one it was not cleaned at all (we were particularly interested in getting our garbage taken out as well as our coffee cups changed for the clean ones). I went downstairs to the reception to ask for a garbage bag to take trash out, but the staff seemed a bit confused by that. They offered me a garbage bag and when I asked to get a couple of coffee capsules for the next morning they did not have any available. I asked if I could come later and they said that was OK. When I arrived later, they seemed confused again. They gave us some coffee for the last morning of our stay.

- The room service was excellent. The hotel was overall sparkling clean~ The staff we were in contact with overall during out stay was very professional and accommodating. We had some trouble with our privately arranged transport to the airport and asked them about their alternatives. They did not hesitate to give a list of prices and external alternatives, to make sure we found the best solution no matter if we focused on comfort or price. Very customer-oriented. - The bathroom was impressive and very spacious, with large and practical mirrors. The big shower was also a big plus. - The big double bed was comfortable and fluffy without being too soft for me, and the fact that we got 2 different pillows EACH was great (one extra soft and one a bit more solid).

- No instructions for towel heater which seemed to be using cold water instead of warm. To be fair, we didn't ask since we were fine without it. ...and it was probably the only thing without instructions. - A bit limited kitchen. The bare minimum worked fine, however it would be a nice addition with a bit more things available. For example; An oven would be too much to ask for, however a microwave could be a nice. There was also a pretty limited amount of cutlery, bowls and utensils for preparing/serving things. - The drying rack for dishes was in a top cabinet, making it hard to reach for shorter people.

Comfortable and elegant serviced apartment in a quiet area close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh food. We loved the spacious room with lots of storage, the bathroom with enough place to hang towels, the extra drying rack to use on the balcony, the comfortable kitchenette, the cozy sitting area with TV and the balcony with a view. Will for sure come back here !

The Hotel is located near city center on a 10-15 minutes walk. The room was looking pretty, we had a good breakfast, the guy from the reception was very nice and helped us with all our requests.

The hotel has only 7 private parking spaces in a very small place. You need to make reservation in advance and pay extra cost. I advice not to park on the streets near the hotel - on our departure the police has blocked those streets and they were pickingup cars.

So far the best hotel in Sofia I've stayed at. The suites are very spacious and fully equipped. One thing to call out is the sound proofing. Being in a central location, there is quite a lot of traffic around, but you cannot hear anything once inside. The breakfast was really good and the staff helpful. Would definitely be staying here again.

The bed was comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff in breakfast room was very attentive.

I was asked to move my car to another spot in the parking lot after I got to my room, although I got no instructions where to park when I got the key-card from reception. The soundproof of the room is not good. The pictures of the room do not make it clear, that there are no separate rooms for the bedroom and living area.

Very modern hotel, big room, good quality of all decorations and furniture, 5 star hotel quality. Very well equipped room, everything new and super clean. Great to have a kitchen with a dining table, although you can order ready food in the room from the kitchen. Good breakfast: omelet, eggs, mushroom yogurt, cereals, fish, meat, nuts, various fruits and vegetables, fresh orange juice, nice coffee and good variety of tea.

Great location, if you are attending an event in the National Palace of Culture. Really close, a short walk. The breakfast was not that varied but got freshly made scrambled eggs, which I highly appreciated. The room was great - a proper apartment with amenities. Coffee machine to make an espresso right in the room. The internet was fast and stable for work and video calls. Bed comfy and the street was silent at night for a sleep.

Very nice, new hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly, very good selection of breakfast with eggs made to order. Nice big room with balcony, nice and quiet in the room and also in the area which is lovely. The hotel is a bit far from downtown to walk each way which is a shame on a weekend visit as you don't really find yourself stopping back at the hotel in the middle of the day but it is close to train lines an bus lines which were easy enough and very quick. Room had a fully equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer.

The only thing I can think of is the toilet paper in the room was extremely rough, like paper towel in a public restroom.
