The Hotel made me feel at home, I loved the size of the rooms. The assistance from the staff was absolutely great. Especially the lady who arranged the kettle for me. :-) I had no issues at the hotel and would stay there again if I had to vist Bulgaria. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.

It would be nice if there was an option to eat breakfast at the Hotel. The room cleaning service wasnt explained beforehand so our rooms were not cleaned on x2 days as we didnt request cleaning beforehand. The cleaning of the rooms were done beautifully though. With care!

Fair price for accommodation in this location. The staff is nice, when at the reception.

However, the bathroom could be much cleaner and the WiFi was terrible if I could even get the signal. The parking is problematic like in every other city center. The green zone allows only four hours a day on the street, but the garage is in about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

Excellent location, very polite and helping stuff. Room was big, with balcony, and there was even jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was also big

Elevator was quite small, it was difficult for two people with luggage to enter there

Extremely helpful staff, great location, nice restaurants around. The rooms are good but not great, a little worn off. There is no desk, so working is a challenge but possible.

Oldish furniture, no proper desk, difficulty with working also in the lobby. Beside that, the hotel was mostly fine.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently situated in a quiet area near two parks, with plenty of nearby amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Great location, the staff was very polite and helping, jacuzzi in the bathroom, rooms are bigger than expected.

The elevator is a little bit small, almost no space for 2 persons with luggage

No hotel parking at all. The whole area is "Blue zone", meaning we have to pay for parking, but even that was complicated because we have foreign mobile number. So we paid to the owner, who sent sms..

The hotel is in a reasonably good location, with the metro nearby and easy access to the centre and Sofia airport . The staff were very friendly and accommodated our late night booking and arrival. The receptionist spoke English and the manager was fluent in Russian. The room was spacious and well appointed with a private bathroom. The cost of the stay represented excellent value for money .

If I had to find a downside it would be that the location was not central ,but as previously mentioned it had easy access to the metro and the centre and airport ,so not much of a problem.
