The location of the hotel is wonderful. Almost everything is around: A nice park with lots of places to sit and relax, shops and restaurants - some of them are open 24hrs and last but not least the coffee places. Starbucks is just across the park. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

Everything was nice, can't complain. Just that I wish the hotel would have a parking lot of its own. Yes, there is a parking nearby but the street is busy most of the times. On top of that the pay at the park is cash only. There is an ATM nearby though.

The hotel is ideally located just next to NDK palace & VItoska main pedestrian shoppimg street, so very easy to explore the city sights... We have been a group of 8 people & have booked 4 double bedrooms which all have been very tastefully decorated & clean. The breakfast buffet was not extensive, but offered all we needed for a nice start in the day...esppecially the bulgarian banitza pastry tasted very good! There are just 3 hotel parking spots available just infront of the hotel, we have been very pleased that they could reserve always a spot for our big van. We will definitely come back!

The restaurant was closed during our stay, so breakfast was served in the coffee area beside the lobby/ reception desk, this was not very inviting, but we do hope this will be better at the next visit.

The room was spacious, quiet and the aircon worked well. The bed was comfortable. The lifts were fast with no waits. The breakfasts were good. The location was easily walkable to the main areas. My husband enjoyed running in the park opposite each morning. Taxis are plentiful and cheap and there was no need to pre-book transport to the airport.

One tiny issue - we were staying four nights and it took the hotel staff three mornings of asking before they got black tea in for breakfast. We only ever had green tea in our room, which I don't like. In the end I bought my own teabags (not difficult!). I don't understand why they did not just buy some themselves! Having said that, I would definitely stay at Central Park Hotel again and only mention this very minor issue, in the hope that they keep a good stock of tea in for future guests.

Everything! The best hotel we have ever been to! As we arrived the lady at the reception told us our room was upgraded and it was WHOLESOME! The room was giant, the bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean! The location is super central, 4 mins walk from Vitosha boulevard and so many restaurants around. The stuff was amazing and very helpful, they let us leave our baggage on our last day because our flight was at night.

We received coffee capsules for the first night of our stay. When i asked housekeeper lady to replenish next day. She said only first night it is complementary. I don’t understand this. If it is a nice hotel, and 4 stars it should be included in the price of the rooms. What’s different between 1st night and 2nd or 3rd night… better higher the price little and provide it complementary all the way :)

Room was clean, quiet with good facilities including huge TV, kettle and bath. Free breakfast was good. Location good, with Metro station only a few steps from the hotel.

Receptionist who checked us in was not friendly or pleasant, not a good first impression. All other staff we met were nice and helpful. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was quite hard. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor is more like a coffee shop, luckily there are good places to eat and drink nearby.

The breakfast was great! There was a variety of fresh fruit, yummy scrambled egg and honey combs. The juices were good, too. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. It is quite close to the city centre so we walked there.

The bathtub was a little old and there was a small hole between the wall and the tub, however this didn't bother us and didn't impair the function.

Beautiful place near the Culture Palace (where we saw a great concert) and the Central Park. Easily reachable from the airport by taxi, 24 hours reception, light meals and soft drinks are available in the hotel lobby.

We asked for breakfast package for the last day as our flight started too early in the morning. It was a sandvich, an apple and some water. I think it would be better to complete a list with 3-4 different choices for the guests to choose at pre-ordering.

Well located just outside the city centre, which I liked, with easy access to the metro. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and clean, and had a good view over the city. The buffet breakfast was much better than anticipated with a wide range of items. The staff were excellent: helpful, accommodating and patient.

Nothing major. In an ideal world there would have been a TV channel in English but I enjoyed watching (briefly) the Bulgarian ones!

Good location of the hotel, the room and bathroom were very clean. We found the personnel at departure a bit friendlier than the one who greeted us at arrival. Plenty of message information prior arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised to read a message from the hotel asking about room and meal preferences, however it seemed norhing i wrote was read as nothing special was provided. Even though messages included information about parking - It was difficult even stop the car for a minute to unload. No curb for vehicles or any assistance from the hotel provided. The breakfast area was quite dirty, and showed lots of stanes on floor carpet that were months old. The greeting at arrival lacked any enthusiasm - we just got "Good evening, your ID,s to check in! Not even" Please". I asked laughingly - would there be any friendly greeting like: Welcome to our hotel, how was your travel? The young man at reception desk just said" greetings were not part of the hotel protocol".
