The location is perfect, very central and close to a few underground stops for different lines too. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Overall good value for money and I have stayed there a few times already.

The furniture is outdated and old but is still okay for the money you pay. One thing that could easily be improved though is investing in new towels for example. The ones we had were very old, worn out and some of them even had holes. Not a disaster but at the same time an easy fix.

Excellent location, so close to the main pedestrian road and the city center. This location provides easy access to various restaurants, bars, and central places for visitors. There is no need for public transport to explore the city, although there are metro and tram stations very close. The room was spacious, the bathroom was also big, and the minibar was foul of a lot of things.

The building is a bit old and there were a lot of cracks on the walls. Moreover, a significant disadvantage is that this hotel does not offer breakfast at all, so you have to look in the neighborhood for something to eat every morning.

The location is ideal from a pedestrian point of view. I really enjoyed the toiletries they provide both how many there were and their quality. The mattresses and lighting were nice, and the room felt spacious and allowed comfy living. The air conditioning system worked well. In general we were comfortable and geographically well-positioned to visit everything.

The parking situation is awful. We could not read the signs and our car got towed! We will never drive in this area again. Our hair dryer did not work and that was unfortunate as we had our anniversary party to attend and did not have time to even go and complain or switch it out. I would have liked to have some bowls in the room and matching glassware as they had almost every other kitchen thing. I found it odd that we had to put on our own duvet covers?

The hotel is in the center of Sofia. It's in a walking distance to Vitosha Street, but the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. We went everywhere by walking. There were really good restaurants and markets near the hotel. We stayed in one-bedroom apartment. We chose this room for its kitchen. Stovetop, big refrigerator and kitchen is perfect. The size of the room is large enough for us. We stayed with our baby. They gave baby crib. There is also balcony. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels, etc. The floor was parquet. So it's more hygenic than a floor covered with carpet. We will stay again at this hotel when we come to Sofia.

There could be more kitchenware such as pots and pans. The bedroom was cold in the first days. But after they put space heater, it became really hot.

Very good location right next to the promenade areas. Staff was very helpful. The room was big and nicely decorated. It was located in an adjacent building just around the street corner. There are a few underground parking spots available via a narrow elevator, so you need to be well aware of your car dimensions. The staff will make sure that your car fits and they will operate the elevator.

It would have been nice for the hotel to have a temporary parking place during the check-in procedure, or to provide instructions in this regard, as the area was very busy at the time of our arrival.

We had another outstanding stay at Sofia Place Hotel, marking our second visit. Once again, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, which provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location is also worth mentioning, as it offers convenient access to the city's attractions and amenities. We found it convenient to explore the city and visit nearby restaurants. Our overall experience at Sofia Place Hotel was fantastic, just like our previous visit. The attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Sofia Place Hotel for a wonderful stay in Sofia.

I have stayed at this hotel before ( main building l), and I can only recommend it. Rooms are quite large and of higher standard than a three stars hotel. Some are even like small studios with a kitchenette. A few have balconies. The equipment and the furniture are not the newest possible but quite fine. Staff has always been polite and helpful. There are several cafes with meters of the hotel, so breakfast is not an issue. Parking is an issue as it is the case for almost all hotels in the center of Sofia so take a taxi or the metro. Overall, it is great value for the money

Nothing. It is a three star hotel. And this one is better than most three star hotels I have been in.

The location was perfect, if a bit far to walk from the metroBut for everything we did, tours, museaums, eating, the location was perfect. The room was big, with refrigerator, kettle and small balcony. It was comfortable, and more than adequate. The day staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The night staff (one man) did not like to be disturbed, did not want to answer any question, did not speak English, and just wanted to be left alone.

CLeanliness was very much lacking. The refirgerator has not been cleaned in a very long time. Same for vacuum, "kitchen" area, and everything else.

Bit of trouble on arrival as I was told I’d obly booked for two instead of four. despite an exchange of messages last June to confirm it was 4 in the studio apartment with a sofa bed. (The confirmation email after booking for 4 only stayed a booking for 2 which is why I immediately followed it up. the woman who booked us in was cross with us despite it being a lack of communication from whoever responded to my enquiry. she organised the bedding and extras very quickly while we waited and all was resolved. thank you.

A good option for a stopover in Sofia. Located in the very center, next to St. Vitosha, close to the sights of the city. The rooms are simple and have everything you need. There is a kettle and minibar. Parking was important to us as we were in a car. Pay attention to the restrictions on the dimensions of the car, which are indicated by the hotel. This is really important, because the parking is underground, you get there through a freight elevator, everything is very compact. Navigator finds well. Good price-quality balance.

There was no breakfast option, but this is not critical, because there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around, working from morning until late evening.
