Comfortable rooms with friendly, helpful staff, good shower and exceptionally quiet for a city centre location in a cul-de-sac and good value. The lobby cat was a big plus for me. Spa was apparently pleasant, my colleague told me.

The name is misleading. This is a small, modest hotel with a small windowless breakfast room and no dining room.

Location, value for money, helpful staff 👍 Really good location, close enough distance to the main walkway in Sofia boulevar Vitosha. Also, 10 minutes walk to the Mall of Sofia. Quality breakfast 😋 👌

Can't really say that I didn't like something, just some things slightly disappointing, but nothing major.

Comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast in the morning. The manager helped with all my questions and I feel very satisfied with the hotel. There is also a free coffee machine at the reception desk for all guests to use. I will definately come back again.

I was fortunate to have the room in the photos, very large room with plenty of space highly recommend. The location was pretty perfect, away from the main area but if you want that its only a 5 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast was pretty basic but I mean for the price we paid we couldn't grumble, I'd definitely return. Few nice bars and restaurants directly outside the hotel with a coffee shop around the corner. There is unlimited coffee from the machines in the hotel if you don't want to pay

The shower door was pretty useless, the water poured through when showering and took a lot of towels to dry the floor. Staff did struggle to understand me, found there was a language barrier which became a little difficult at times.

centrally located on a quiet street, the location allows access to the main attractions on foot in no more de 15...20 minutes; the rooms are big enough, clean and have separate toilet and shower cabins - nice idea! staff were welcoming, especially Dilyana who instantly offered to help us fix the flat tire by contacting a local specialist company [the Bulgarian language was mandatory and she did help us a lot being the interface!]; WiFi was good, breakfast buffet is perfect to start the day strong, full of choices, salted and sweet; the parking was safe, right in front of the hotel's main entrance

maybe, the price of the parking...20 BGN/day seemed expensive to me (but at least I'd got "peace of mind" at that price)

Room was a little small but Ok for us. . Reception staff were friendly and also English speaking and very helpfull. About 10 min walk to main metro station serdika which connects all over the city. Good continental breakfast. Overall good value for money. There is also a free coffee machine in reception which is great we didnt need to make any hot drinks in our room.

There was a gym on site with changing rooms. We were advised there was a sauna and they could get it ready for us . We tried to have a look for it but couldnt find it. Im sure it was there somewhere but didnt get time to use it anyway. ( Quick note for English travellers . Normal tea is not common in sofia. Mainly coffee and green tea. )

Good size, quiet, comfortable room in a central location very well situated to walk to all the major sights. Parking was secure under the hotel but few spaces and a little tight (we were driving a fairly large 4X4 though).

We reserved parking at the time of booking and received a confirmation that this had been made. At the time of check in we were sniffily told that we had no parking reservation but luckily they had a space, upon being shown the confirmation we were met with a shrug and a comment that it wasn't in their system. Upon checkout they attempted to charge us for 4 days parking for a 3 night stay and I had to be quite firm that this was not acceptable before they agreed to charge for 3.

The room was comfortable spacious and moderately clean. The location of the hotel is very good you can get to the city center in less than 5 mins walk. The breakfast was diverse and good although I've had better for same prices. But in general it was a very good stay. Didn't get much in contact with the staff but am sure they are welcoming and polite. I recommend the hotel

The cleanliness could be better. Especially the sheets and the walls of the room. I don't like to see hair of other customers on the bed. It means the sheets were not cleaned enough. The walls are also a part of the room and they should be cleaned as well.

Location of the hotel was within easy walking distance to the main city and attractions of Sofia. Breakfast was available but I did not take this option as I prefer to eat locally and a little later in the day. I did hear from other guests that it was very good. The staff working the reception were very helpful and provided travel tips for getting around the city area. There is a small Italian restaurant next door which is very convenient also. Coffee is always available in the reception area. The room was comfortable and clean , with a small refrigerator / mini bar

I thought the blanket was a little small , the bed was large, sufficient for 2 people, but the blanket was like a single size, possibly was that way as they knew only one person was staying in the room?

this is not my first time to stay there, the location is literally in the middle of the town, hotel is well settled, stuff is really nice, informative and very helpful and smiling all the times. this is one of the best places for the money you will pay if you going to Sofia for short business trip.

the parking, even tho they have parking area, it is not free, if they would change it for at least their contracted customers, that will be really very usefull, I hope they will consider this comment about it.
