Adequate accomodation in the heart of Sofia, with it's own free parking lot, close to everything. Polite owner. Spacious room with good size toilet and shower.

Could use a bit of renovation. Bad wifi, at least we couldn't get it.

The location is central, just a minute walk from the boulevard. Shops are close by as well and next to the park. The room we got was pretty large and had a small balcony. Staff was friendly and welcoming. There is an option to park your car if you come by car like we did

Car park is located at the back and only accessible through a gate. Staff needs to open and close the gate if you are planning to go out by car. When coming back basically the same, they are located in a small busy one-way street. You'll likely have to stop on the road, walk in and ask them to open the gate. Bit of a hassle, not too bad but maybe it's an idea to have a few more remote controls for the gate for guests so they can go in and out themselves.

The owner is an exceptional person and can't do enough to help you. The rooms are very large The bed is very big The location is excellent The car parking is free and private There are 2 excellent restaurants straight across the road. Central park 50mtrs away is stunning and dog friendly.

The building is showing its age and needs a little investment The onsite bar and restaurant are closed.

Great central location, still a closed parking in the yard, good hours of availability thanks to the guest friendly owner with good English, there was even a hairdryer in the wardrobe. The space is super tiny, just enough to have a good sleep

A tool to pull water together after the shower to clean the bathroom would have given some extra comfort.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. He was such a lovely man and have us suggestions for places to eat and umbrellas when it was raining. The room was very comfortable and has everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Was a perfect spot to explore Sofia

Very very friendly host who stayed up until 1am because we arrived very late. Good location, nice beds with good mattress and blanket, very clean and spacious bathroom with good shower.

Smelled like cats in the house and like cigarettes in our room. Quite thin walls but still good value.

I also read the negative comments and I was hesitating to book. We decided that we better be in in a central place at the end, with a parking spot at a reasonable price. And I was very positively surprised by the hotel. Yes, the rooms are outdated but they are clean and comfortable. We had a big, modern bathroom, too. Yes, the corridor has a bad smell but it is understandable considering it is an old building. The location is perfect, right in the centre and yet, the hotel is on a quiet street. And the parking for us was the biggest plus.

Great heat, room warm & cozy, had working mini fridge, double pane windows, comfy beds, daily housekeeping, contracted laundry service, location, large restaurant across the street, fantastic owner/host, very kind & helpful, etc.....

The house owner speaks English. The room was very big. The pillow was perfect. It had everything we needed for a 4 days in Sofia. Free tea and sugar included. Free parking in front of the hotel was always available. Hotel is 2 min walk to metro station.

Great localization in the heart of Sofia. Few steps to the main park and the Palace of Culture.

Room was very small and quite dark. The view from the window was directed straight at the next building few meters ahead.
