Great location. Clean apartment. Comfortable. Good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bedrooms need pictures or mirrors. The walls need repainting. There was no control for the air con and the bedrooms were really hot in the morning as the sun came in through the bedrooms.

The apartment has everything needed for a city break. It’s in a good location, comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

The curtains in the bedrooms let too much light in and need a bit of attention as parts of them are coming off the rails.It’s a pity as everything else about the apartment is excellent.

OMG! The price was worth it. perfect place for a group of friends or family on a budget The location is perfect! The facilities are complete. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a 2 veranda, receiving area and kitchen. There are 2 WC, one with bath and toilet and one with just toilet. Water pressure is good. Heating works well. Beds are ok. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness is 10/10.

You have to remember to call them 30 minutes before your arrival so that they can give you the keys. I forgot to call but they were very nice and assisted us in 10 minutes. I know it's my fault but they were too nice, so just remember to call them to avoid staying outside. The bathroom is little clogged during our stay in casablanca room, it's still manageble, it's just slow to drain. We just have no time to report it

Would have been nice to have a ‘welcome’ book giving local advice and information. The dining chairs need to have ‘felt feet’ pads added as they make an awful noise on the floor - not great in the ‘quiet’ hours! Some of the duvets were too light!

We had the best quality sleep at the apartment after a long day out sightseeing. The double pillows provided and bed just moulds perfectly the moment we sink our heads in it. The apartment was super cozy, quiet, very clean, very airy with a lot of doors leading to balcony around the apartment.

The knives provided were very blunt. Either provide sharp ones or provide a knife sharpener would be of great help. Wooden flat spatula would also be great help for cooking purposes.

The apartment was super spacious and spotless. It was extremely comfortable and surprisingly quiet and peaceful considering it's close proximity to the main boulevard. We could walk to shops, bars and restaurants in 3 minutes. It was absolutely perfect in every way

1. Quite loud apartment. I’ve heard neighbours and theirs kinds from the floor above. I think the walls are not thick enough. 2. Walls quite old and dirty

Everything was wonderful. Not a single negative point. Spacious flat, really clean, fully equipped, excellent wi-fi, heat, it is a perfect place to stay with your family. The two bathrooms are handy, and it is so centrally located but at the same time quiet, it is magnificent. The service was perfect too, the man who gave us the keys was polite and helpful. A cosy place to stay in central Sofia.

The spacious apartment is a short walk from Vitosha Boulevard. It has all the amenities one needs and is very clean. They are very responsive to all queries and difficulties we had and reply in a very timely manner. They also offer excursions and airport transfers. We took the yatch excursion and were extremely satisfied!

Parking in the area is very difficult but I think that is an issue in all of the cities.
