The convenience of being in the city center and yet enjoying a peaceful environment is a remarkable feature of this hotel. The modern amenities and facilities within the hotel, including its private garage, were highly advantageous for us as travelers with our own vehicle. The availability of secure parking added to the overall convenience of our stay. Our room was not only well-appointed but also consistently clean and tidy throughout our stay. The housekeeping service, which ensured daily cleaning and towel changes, was a thoughtful touch that contributed to our comfort. As a family with a baby, we were delighted to find that your hotel is exceptionally baby-friendly. The flexibility shown by allowing us to use the kitchen for preparing baby food was a huge favor that made our stay much more convenient. The round-the-clock availability and friendliness of the staff did not go unnoticed. Their dedication to ensuring our needs were met added to the overall positive experience. I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the property, creating a very welcoming and comfortable environment. The steam room and pool were particularly impressive, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. These amenities were well-maintained and provided a wonderful way to unwind. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the breakfast options provided. The variety was somewhat limited, and it would be great to see a more diverse range of choices.

Very clean and quiet room. The people at the hotel have been very friendly and collaborative. I had a small issue with the down-payment, which was resolved very politely and straightforward. Having also food service delivered in the room was accepted and everything was smooth.

If I could only point out one thing, the moquette in the room was not the best I could wish for. Other than this, I think everything went smoothly. Nothing I can add to "What didn't you like?" section.

It is a standard urban centre city hotel, very well located. Very close to the main street, but also a in a quiet rezidencial area, and walking distance to the main attractions. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is good size and a quite large bathroom. All amenities were working properly. The breakfast is good. They rotated hot dishes every day and the pastries were very delicious, especially the ones with the cheese. Very good coffee from an espresso machine. Also the underground parking is a nice asset. And if you have time also the small, but nice indoor pool will help you to cool off.

While delicious, breakfast gives you the feeling to a kind of basic one. I guess that can be improved by adding a bit more local produce like more rather that pre-packed ones. Also a better tasting bread could be an interesting added value, delicious local jams, like rose jam, and maybe more vegetable.

Pool and spa are great. Breakfast really good, plentiful, huge choice and beautifully cooked and presented. Staff are amazing very helpful and friendly. Car parking underneath hotel was really appreciated as this can be difficult in Veliko Tarnovo. Everything was so clean - we will be coming back again in October for our wedding anniversary and will be dining at the sister hotel (Concord} as the food is wonderful and it is a mere 2 minute walk away.

The only thing I can mention is that we could have done with more coffee sachets in the room. - sounds 'picky' I know!

Spotlessly clean hotel, with friendly and efficient reception. The location is great - quiet at night, yet only a short walk to shops and restaurants in the centre of town. The room had a spacious bathroom (with bath and shower). The bed was super comfortable. The room was well equipped (small balcony, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, kettle, TV, shampoo, shower gel etc.), and the fit-out is quality, but it felt a little "grey" and unimaginative - lacking in any loving flourish of decoration or art or extras. On the other hand, there are lots of paintings in the stairwell - a nice touch. The free wifi was fast and reliable. We loved the pool and sauna. Breakfast is simple fare, but certainly fresh.

The hotel has air-conditioning throughout and, because I'm noise sensitive, the hum of it irritated me at night (as is the case with so many modern hotels, not just this). The night was otherwise lovely and quiet. My partner was not disturbed by the aircon - but if you're noise sensitive, keep it in mind. The coffee at breakfast wasn't great.

Friendly staff, we asked for a baby cot and kettle and we got them without problem. Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood.

The balcony was too small, didn't have any chairs or table that you could sit on, it was practically unusable. The bathroom had a bad smell. The entrance didn't have an access ramp for strollers.

The Location was good, there was parking onsite, which was appreciated. The room and hotel in general was very clean. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were all friendly.

The mattress was not as comfortable as I would of liked, but that's a personal thing. The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. Fortunately I had a door to the outside and a balcony, so I was able to regulate the temperature this way.

My parents had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and they rose up to more than their expectations. They included a "Happy Anniversary" card for them, champagne and candy in the room (it was their wedding anniversary). The receptionists also handed them a complimentary map of Veliko with the major interest points and attractions and explained, in short, everything they needed to know for the perfect trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, situated at the top floor, with amazing sunset views over the city. The spa was great as well. Thank you so much for everything!

I had a room on the third floor, very large, with a round bed and a sofa. The room also had a balcony overlooking the city. The conditions were good for a three-star hotel. The breakfast was good, but not spectacular. The pool is small but pretty. There is also a very nice outdoor garden. The staff was very kind. There is also an underground parking for 4 cars.
